Urban rail transit construction projects face complex and diverse disturbance events,which seriously affect the progress of construction projects and cause serious consequences such as casualties and social and economic losses.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct research on how to improve the resilience of urban rail transit construction projects.However,most of the existing studies put forward suggestions on promoting resilience in a general way,lacking in specificity,and cannot help the practice community to efficiently respond to disruptive events.In order to solve these problems,this paper studies the accident measures semantic retrieval system by combining the technical methods of resilience theory,ontology and semantic retrieval theory with the background of improving the resilience of construction projects.(1)Based on the concept of resilience,a knowledge system of response measures to disruptive incidents consisting of preventive measures,emergency response measures and recovery measures is proposed.It is clarified that the essence of resilience improvement is to enhance self-adaptive ability and learning ability,and the importance of knowledge management of measures to resilience improvement is revealed.(2)Focusing on the specific disturbing event of personal injury accident,it draws a relationship diagram composed of four concepts of disturbing events,construction activities,project stakeholders,and countermeasures,and uses the seven-step method to construct the accident measure ontology.Combined with the statistical analysis of subway accidents,five specific accident identification and response measures,namely collapse,object strike,fall from height,mechanical injury,and lifting injury,were selected as examples of accident measures ontology,and an ontology knowledge base was built.(3)The design ideas of each part of the retrieval system are introduced.As well as the semantic web application development tool Jena framework and SPARQL query language.The key steps to realize the query processing function of the information retrieval module are introduced,which are Jena’s parsing of RDF and the matching of SPARQL query and RDF graph.Then designed the query code for the response measures of personal injury accident,and an interface for handling requests and responses between clients and servers.(4)Using the development platform and tools of the semantic retrieval system,the Web application program is developed,the user interface of the retrieval system is built,and the development of the semantic retrieval system is realized.Then,demonstrates and analyzes the semantic retrieval function realized by ontology and evaluates the retrieval system.Based on the concept of resilience,this research proposed a knowledge system for response measures to disruptive events.From the perspective of knowledge management,it explored that an effective way to improve the resilience of rail transit projects is to improve adaptive and learning capabilities,so as to provide a reference for the academic community.The semantic retrieval system of accident measures ontology proposed by this study expressed knowledge concisely and intuitively,facilitated knowledge management and sharing,thereby providing decision support for the practice community to effectively respond to disruptive events and improve project resilience. |
