In order to conduct in-depth research on human internal psychological phenomena and external behavior activities and the relationship between them,meet the ever-increasing security needs and quality requirements of human beings,and improve the safety & security discipline system,meet the increasing safety & security needs and safety& security quality requirements of human beings,and conform to the law of discipline development,neuroscience was introduced in the field of safety & security science,and the construction of neuro-safety science was proposed,and the basic disciplinary theory of neuro-safety science was carried out through using literature method,induction method,model method and comparison method comprehensively.The main research contents and research results of this article are as follows:(1)Firstly,the safety & security problems to be solved of social development and the characteristics and laws of discipline development were analyzed,and the social background and discipline background of neuro-safety science construction were expounded.It is pointed out that the construction of neuro-safety science can meet the needs of social development and the development of the times.Then,the application research of neuroscience in safety & security science and related research in other disciplines were reviewed respectively.Finally,the theoretical and practical significance of the basic theory of neuro-safety science were expounded,and the research content,method and technical route of this paper were introduced.(2)clarifying the basic issues of neuro-safety science for further study based on them.Defining the definition of neuro-safety science and revealing its connotation.The construction basis of neuro-safety science was discussed from three aspects of theory,application and technology,and the scientificalness and feasibility of discipline construction were pointed out.The research content of neuro-safety science was discussed from two categories of theoretical research and practical application,and the hierarchical structure of the research content was established.The subject orientation of neuro-safety science in the safety & security discipline system was clarified,and its main subject branches were discussed,then constructed the branch system of neuro-safety science.And the main methods,techniques and measurement tools of neuroscience that can be used for neuro-safety science research were introduced.(3)Defining the core principle of neuro-safety science and refining its ten basic characteristics.The eight core principles of neuro-safety science were summarized,and their connotation was expounded in detail.The “human-shaped” architectural model of core principles of neurosafety science was constructed to expound the status and function of each principle and the relationship between them,among them,the human factor principle of safety and the essence safety principle of human are fundamental principle,the characteristic principle of risk perception and the introduction and promotion principle of nerve are construction principle,the management principle of neuro-safety and the individual control principle of emergency are application principle,and the root principle of nerve and the closed-loop principle of neuro-safety are guiding principle.(4)Defined the definition of neuro-safety science methodology,refined its basic characteristics and analyzed the relationship between neuro-safety science and its methodology.The “four-in-one”methodology system of research principles,research approaches,research procedures and research methods were constructed.Among them,the research principles include the combination of analytical research and comprehensive research,individual research and group research,vertical research and horizontal research,qualitative research and quantitative research,attribution research and prediction research,the research approach included two branches of “psychological to behavior + ”and“+psychological to behavior”,the research procedure centered on“experimental research” and taken the whole process from “constructing hypothesis” to “verifying hypothesis”.The “wheel-shaped” architectural model of methodology of neuro-safety science was constructed to clarify the cooperative relationship of each part of the methodology and its unique operation mode as a whole.(5)The paradigm system of neuro-safety science research was constructed with five aspects of research subject,research object,research content and research purpose as the main content.Among them,The research contents were divided into two parts: theoretical research and practical application.The theoretical research starts from defining the definition of the discipline,and follows the route of “the definition and connotation of the discipline → the basic theory of discipline construction→ discipline methodology → discipline application theory” to realize the theoretical carving from depth to horizontal.The practical application should be carried out according to the types of specific research problems,and follow the route of “experiment → application → summary”,the summary and feedback of practical application results can realize verification and optimization.(6)The overall model of safety & security management was constructed,which includes three stages of “basic research of neurosafety science”,“practice of safety & security management” and“assessment at the neural level”.Environmental management and equipment management are mainly based on the branch of neuro-safety science,from the perspective of improving the environment,improving the man-machine interface and improving the production equipment,to meet the safety & security psychological needs of the environment and equipment on the basis of meeting the functional and physiological needs.Focusing on safety behavior management,discussed the main workflow of safety & security behavior management from the perspective of neurosafety science at the theoretical level,and a sub-model of safety behavior management from the perspective of neuro-safety science was constructed.The research results fill the gaps in the integration of safety &security science and neuroscience,open up a new research perspective for the study of safety science,enrich and improve the discipline system of safety & security science,and provide guidance and reference for the improvement,development and application of neuro-safety science.The paper contains 19 pictures,13 tables and
