Hazardous chemicals pose a major threat to the safety of production in all walks of life in our country due to their flammable and explosive characteristics.Therefore,establishing a set of reliable and safe hazardous chemical hazard assessment methods is to prevent hazardous chemical accidents.Effective means.From this point of view,this paper uses experiments and numerical simulations to study the combustion characteristics and changing laws of common typical explosive hazardous chemicals,explores the method of establishing small molecule hydrocarbon alternative fuel models and modeling guidelines,and promotes them.To hydrocarbon fuels,in order to realize the simulation and prediction of the combustion characteristics of a wider range of hazardous chemicals in the alternative fuel model.The primary goal of this article is to simulate and predict the combustion process,combustion parameters and combustion characteristics of hazardous chemicals.Under this goal,the detailed reaction kinetic model theory of the gas phase in the chemical reaction kinetic model theory is used as the theoretical basis of this article.After improvements and innovations,a modeling method for small-molecule hydrocarbon alternative fuels was established.The modeling method mainly solves three important contents: the determination of the component types and proportional coefficients of the small molecule hydrocarbon alternative fuels,the evaluation method of the matching degree between the small molecule alternative fuel model and the actual fuel combustion parameters,the alternative fuel model of hydrocarbon fuels and the construction Model criteria.This is the main research conclusion of this article.All small-molecule hydrocarbon alternative fuel models are based on this method and criteria.After determining the modeling method,this article first uses the modeling criteria for hydrocarbon fuels to model common alkanes and aromatic hydrocarbons,and compares the model simulation data and the Micro Combustion Calorimeter(hereinafter referred to as MCC).)Combustion data to verify the feasibility of establishing other hydrocarbon combustion models through this modeling method.Finally,in order to verify the feasibility of this modeling method for the establishment of a combustion model for hazardous chemicals other than hydrocarbon fuels,this paper selects four organic acid ester substances and establishes their combustion model,and compares the model simulation data and the organic acid ester MCC combustion data to verify the reliability of the combustion model of organic acid ester hazardous chemicals established by this modeling method.
