With the deepening of reform and opening up,Chinese enterprises have not only satisfied the domestic market,but also made remarkable achievements in the expansion of overseas market in recent years.Under the guidance of the national policy of vigorously developing foreign trade,China has carried out foreign trade activities in all walks of life.However,as the number of companies participating in foreign trade continues to rise,the competition of domestic foreign trade activities is constantly intensified.Foreign trade activities,from the initial relying solely on manpower to expand the market,gradually transform into multi-angle,multi-level and multi-technical comprehensive business activities.In order to carry out foreign trade activities effectively,it is necessary to adopt scientific and practical foreign trade marketing strategies to provide effective guidance for foreign trade activities.KG Company is a foreign trade company engaged in the integration of industry and trade in middle and high-end women’s handbags.Thanks to the company’s leadership’s stable customer resources overseas in the early stage and the company’s low price marketing route,the company achieved rapid development in the early stage of its establishment.However,as the company leadership’s customer resources are exhausted and raw material costs rise,the effect of relationship marketing and low price marketing strategies is seriously affected.This paper takes KG company as the research object,analyzes the problems existing in the foreign trade marketing work of KG company at present,and combines the marketing experience of excellent foreign trade companies at home and abroad,to explore the foreign trade marketing optimization strategy for KG company.Based on the advantages of being the founder of KG Company,this paper firstly makes an in-depth analysis of the current marketing strategies of KG Company such as product strategy,price strategy,channel strategy and promotion strategy,and then finds out the problems of product positioning error and single product structure exposed by product strategy,cost increase,blind quotation and lack of standard exposed by price strategy.The channel strategy has exposed the problems of only offline and single marketing channels,and the promotion strategy has exposed the problems of old methods and low price promotion leading to losses.It is determined that the marketing work of KG company is not ideal,and there are major problems in the marketing strategy,which need to be solved urgently.Then,through the analysis of the causes of the problems in KG Company’s marketing strategy,the crux of the problem is found.Then,according to the causes,the optimization plan is proposed respectively for the product strategy,price strategy,channel strategy and promotion strategy,and the safeguard measures are provided,so as to smoothly implement and implement the optimization of marketing strategy.
