| Faults and their fracture zones are common adverse geological phenomena during roadway excavation,The geological conditions of the roadway at the fault fracture zone are complex and prone to sudden changes.The stress and deformation of the surrounding rock are obviously controlled by the fault.A series of geological disasters such as roof fall and water inrush often occur during the roadway excavation,The existence of these factors leads to the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway and the instability and destruction of the structure.Therefore,the stability control and support technology of surrounding rock in fault structural zone has always been the difficulty and focus of roadway support technology research.In this paper,the transient electromagnetic advance detection is used to detect the water rich property of F22 fault,and the engineering geological and hydrogeological conditions of roadway construction are clearly understood,The supporting roadway is comprehensively treated with ground pre grouting,and the surrounding rock of the fault zone is modified by grouting to improve the integrity and strength of the surrounding rock,creating conditions for the roadway to pass through the fault zone for support,so as to achieve the goal of advance shield roadway excavation.The FLAC3Dnumerical simulation software is used to analyze the distribution characteristics of the displacement field,stress field and plastic zone of the surrounding rock of the roadway group with different support methods in different sections of the super large fault structure area,revealing the stress concentration of the surrounding rock under the influence of the super large fault structure and the instability characteristics of the surrounding rock of the roadway.Through the analysis of the deformation monitoring data of the surrounding rock of the roadway,the comprehensive treatment and construction and support technology through the fault zone adopted this time is scientific,which enables safe and rapid tunneling when the main roadway passes through the fault fracture zone,and reduces the maintenance cost of the roadway.Figure 56 Table 11 References 76... |
