| The support for soft rock roadway is one of the main issues for coal industry.This question has not been solved,because of the complicated mechanical property of soft rock.And the underground pressure is obviously appeared.Thus it has caused stability control difficulty for the roadway.These problems have seriously affected the production of the mining area.Moreover,there also presents some "exceptional" phenomenon,such as the effect of supporting is not obviously,even deteriorated after increasing the length and cross-area for bolt.Therefore,the thesis carries through the following research work aiming at study on the soft rock roadway support in Longkou Mining Area by theoretical analysis,on-site data analysis and numerical simulation.1.The Longkou mining area has the typical characteristics of the soft rock.So it has very vital practical significance to the soft rock roadway support research.In this paper,through analyzing the measured data of Longkou mining area in the second chapter,the basic rule of the underground pressure appearance for the soft rock roadway is obtained.These mainly include the rule about deformation of the roadway,the damage characteristics of the roadway and so on.2.A key question of research soft rock roadway support is the mechanical properties of soft rock.Therefore,the third chapter of this article had started from the concept and characteristic of the soft rock.And the third chapter had studied the soft rock roadway's failure mechanism and support's principle.Besides,it has proposed two support and pretect structures.And it had described the supporting mechanism of these structures in detail.3.On the basis of theoretical analysis,the fourth chapter had made the simple introduction about the FLAC.According to the actual situation of Longkou Mining Area, the numerical simulation model and the plan had been determined.And the FLAC had been used to carry out the numerical simulation.Then there analyzed the results.Finally, the chapter had carried on the analysis about the application situation in Longkou mining area.4.Through the research of the strength reduction theory,the fifth chapter had introduced the theory and the function in FLAC.The numerical simulation results in the fourth chapter had been carried on the intensity discount by the order of SOLVE FOS in FLAC.The safety factor of soft rock in the roadway had been discussed. 5.In the conclusion part,the principle of design and construct in soft rock roadway's support had been proposed.This part had carried on the quality synthetic evaluation to these structures,and explained the unusual condition of soft rock roadway support in the Longkou mining area.This part had also made the summary for the numerical simulation and the safety factor solution research in soft rock roadway's support.In addition,in this part had proposed the forecast for the soft rock roadway's support question. |
