The internal fracture of the mining rock mass in the deep roadway is developed,and the occurrence conditions are complex and often affected by the mining on both sides.The roadway is easy to show large deformation characteristics,and the conventional support means are difficult to maintain the stability of the roadway.In this paper,based on the engineering geological conditions of the return air downhill in Pingshan coal mine,surrounding the grouting reinforcement mechanism and stability control technology of the mining rock mass in the deep roadway,by means of theoretical research,numerical simulation,field test and other research means,the deformation characteristics and grouting control technology of the mining roadway are systematically studied,the fracture development law of the mining rock mass in the deep roadway is revealed,and the mining impact is analyzed According to the deformation characteristics of the lower roadway,a full face bolt grouting combined support scheme is proposed,which is based on the reinforcement of surrounding rock with deep and shallow holes.The main research results are as follows:(1)Analysis of Elastic-plastic Theory and Law of Slurry Diffusion in Mining RockThrough the establishment of the elastic-plastic theoretical model of the mining roadway,the change of the stress state and range in the broken and plastic areas of the mining roadway are solved,and the shallow grouting area and the deep grouting area are determined respectively;and the grouting penetration model of the mining surrounding rock is further established to obtain the maximum diffusion radius of the slurry in the surrounding rock.(2)Analysis on Deformation of Roadway and Grouting Time in Mining RockBy means of numerical simulation,this paper analyzes the driving stages of concentrated downhill roadway group,single side working face and double side working face in Dingsi mining area,and explores the evolution law of internal stress field,elastic-plastic state of surrounding rock,stress evolution state of surrounding rock and deformation of roadway under the mining activities The influence of mining activities on the damage degree of roadway provides a theoretical basis for the followup roadway grouting method to control the surrounding rock and the optimization design of support scheme.(3)Analysis on Effect of Grouting collaborative Support of Deep Mining RockAccording to the geological conditions and grouting parameters,the numerical model is established to simulate the stress distribution and failure of the roadway under the original support conditions.Simulate and analyze the improvement of surrounding rock deformation caused by single-layer grouting of shallow holes at different positions,and determine the shallow hole grouting scheme;further simulate and analyze the improvement effect of deep and shallow hole cooperative grouting scheme at different positions on surrounding rock deformation,and comprehensively compare and select the grouting support scheme for the mining roadway under the wind.(4)Ground Control of Deep Roadways and Design of Supporting ParametersAccording to the analysis results of working face's advanced stress monitoring,surrounding rock loose circle testing and anchor bolt quality testing,this paper analyzes the deformation characteristics and influencing factors of mining surrounding rock,puts forward a full section anchor injection combined support scheme with deep and shallow holes as the core to reinforce surrounding rock,and carries out field industrial application.The field monitoring data shows that the deformation of the roadway has been effectively treated after it is stable,which proves that the deep and shallow holes have been effectively treated The scheme of bolt and grouting supporting is reasonable.There are 40 figures,8 tables and 96 references in this thesis.
