Research On The Government’s Duty Performance In The Construction Of Characteristic Town

Hardware industry is the traditional industry of Jinli Town,and the hardware intelligent manufacturing characteristic town cannot do without the support of hardware industry foundation.Although Jinli Hardware has a certain popularity in the country,forming the scale of agglomeration effect,Jinli Hardware industry faces serious inter-regional competition challenges,and its own competition order is not standardized,lack of high-tech content and other disadvantages.Under the background of high-quality economic development,Jinli must seize the opportunity to achieve breakthrough development of the town,so it must solve the outstanding problems in the development of the town.In this context,the purpose of this study is to promote the construction of hardware intelligent manufacturing characteristic towns,promote the transformation from low-end to high-end,and create a town project with the characteristics of intelligent manufacturing and culture of golden profit.Based on the service-oriented government theory and the new public service theory,this paper takes the construction of inli Hardware intelligent building characteristic town of Zhaoqing City as the case study.Firstly,it expounds the basic situation and location advantages of Jinli Town’s construction characteristic town.Then,through the methods of in-depth interview and questionnaire survey,from the perspectives of different subjects such as township government civil servants,local residents and businesses,enterprises in the jurisdiction,etc.,The specific situation of the construction of Jinli Hardware intelligent building characteristic town is studied and analyzed in depth.Finally,according to the relevant statistical data and theoretical research results at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the performance of government functions in the construction of Jinli Hardware characteristic town,finds out the shortcomings and analyzes the reasons.At the same time,it draws on the construction experience of Switzerland’s Langental town and Xuzhou’s Nuanzhuang Hardware town,and puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions.Through the investigation,it is found that there are some problems such as offside,absence and dislocation in the function performance of Jinli Town government in the construction of Jinli Hardware intelligent manufacturing characteristic town,which are specifically manifested in imperfect infrastructure construction,weak service consciousness,weak talent security and negligence in supervision and management.According to the problems,the main reasons are as follows: the understanding of service-oriented government and other concepts is not in place,the government supervision system is not sound,and the funding gap.As for the problems existing in the performance of government functions in the construction of Jinli Hardware Intelligent building characteristic town,this paper puts forward corresponding opinions and suggestions: optimize the government’s economic construction function,transform the government’s public service function and enhance the government’s social management function.Specific measures include improving infrastructure development,strengthening financial support,raising the ideological position,strengthening personnel security,and creating a favorable business environment.
