Abstract/Summary:
A heavy machinery Enterprise in the riveting and welding production process often need to be for complex welding structure assembly drawing split to extract the required graphics of the effective closed contour for production of the material,the graphic splitting work has long relied on manual redrawing way to complete,low efficiency and accuracy rate is not high.In addition,due to the low degree of digital design in the heavy machinery of the whole industry,there is no effective computer-aided splitting software available.This project aims to research and develop a set of computer-aided design and disassembly system specifically for complex welded structure assembly drawings.The system is based on user requirement analysis for system function design,user interaction interface design according to user operation habit and graphic structure characteristics,system architecture design and graphic disassembly algorithm design according to user function design.The system is divided into three modules: human-computer interaction interface design,identification and selection of patterns,and extraction methods.The key technologies and research results of the system development are as follows:(1)The DCL dialog box programming language is used to complete the design of the human-computer interaction interface of the dismantling system,and the Visual LISP language is used to write the interface driver and design the control functions of the interface.The design of the human-machine interface simplifies the user’s interaction with the system and reduces the chance of user errors,so that the whole programmed system can be used more fully by the user.(2)For 2D closed graphical objects with a small number of elements and a simple graphical structure,the recognition method of sequential selection mode is designed,and the mode design based on the point selection function of the mouse in Auto CAD realizes the user’s accurate point selection recognition of the elements in the required split graphs;for split objects with complex interwoven elements and a large number of graphs,the recognition method of left frame selection mode is designed,and the use of For the two-dimensional closed graphics with high frequency of use in welded parts,a template pattern recognition method is developed,which is based on the two-dimensional closed graphics objects with high probability of use provided by enterprises,and the graphics are parametrically designed and made into a special graphics library for the demolition system to realize the recognition of common graphics in production.The graphics are parametrically designed and made into a special graphics library for the de-mapping system to achieve customized recognition of graphics commonly used in production.(3)After research and analysis,the extraction of two-dimensional closed graphics in the drawing system relies on the function of "delete,save" graphics in Auto CAD,relies on the three recognition modes to "save" the marked closed drawings,and all other unrecognized marked elements in the entire Auto CAD drawing plane are "deleted" to realize the split of the drawings on the assembly drawings of complex welded structures and form a new Auto CAD format file.(3)After research and analysis,the extraction of 2D closed graphics in the disassembly system is based on the function of "delete and save" graphics in Auto CAD,which relies on three identification modes to "save" the marked closed graphics and "delete" all other unidentified marked elements in the whole Auto CAD drawing plane to realize the graphic disassembly and formation of new Auto CAD format files on complex welded structural assembly drawings.The realization of the complex welded structure assembly drawing disassembly system largely replaces the mode of manual disassembly in enterprises,reduces the probability of repetitive labor,improves the efficiency of complex welded structure assembly drawing disassembly in enterprise production,reduces the cost of manual disassembly out of processing down drawings,and provides a strong guarantee for subsequent manufacturing and processing.
