The "Made in China 2025" proposes to integrate information technology into industrial production,and the manufacturing industry is developing from "manufacturing" to "intelligent" manufacturing.An important way to improve the intelligence level is to monitor the state information in the manufacturing process in real time.Numerical control cutting tools play an important role in the manufacturing industry,running through production and management and directly affecting enterprise production efficiency.The diversification of products leads to an increase in the number and types of cutting tools in the numerical control workshop.A large number of cutting tools frequently circulate and are used in the warehouse and on the machine tools.The numerical control workshop is exposed to problems such as missing tools,misuse,untimely distribution,and excessive use of cutting tools.The fundamental reason is the lack of effective monitoring,management,and control of cutting tools.This study proposes online monitoring of cutting tool circulation in numerical control machining workshops.Through cutting tool identification,monitoring,inventory classification warning,and life prediction technology,intelligent control of cutting tool information and status can be achieved.The research content is mainly as follows:1)Cutting tool circulation online monitoring.This study analyzes and describes the cutting tool circulation process in a process-oriented workshop and proposes a cutting tool circulation model based on timed Petri nets.By determining the relationship between the global time in the timed Petri net and the cutting tool appointment time window,this model can judge whether the cutting tool can be delivered on time.The time nodes of each state in the cutting tool circulation model are simulated using Tina software,and the satisfaction level of the cutting tool arriving at the machine tool is calculated based on these nodes.By selecting an appropriate cutting tool identification scheme and configuring a reader and middleware,the information identification and data collection of cutting tools is successfully achieved.2)Cutting tool inventory control and warning.Building upon the cutting tool circulation online monitoring technology,this study determines the total inventory of cutting tools through statistical analysis of the cutting tool identification technology.A cutting tool inventory classification method based on combination weighting-ABC is proposed,which selects reasonable indicators through the three dimensions of cutting tool usage,procurement,and value for combination weighting comprehensive evaluation.The ABC classification of cutting tools is designed based on the comprehensive evaluation value,and corresponding inventory control and warning strategies are developed for different types of cutting tools.This approach improves the reliability of cutting tool circulation online monitoring,optimizes inventory management,and reduces inventory costs.The cutting tool warning strategy provides demand assurance for cutting tool circulation online monitoring and solves the problem of missing cutting tools.3)Cutting Tool Life Prediction and Warning.Cutting tool circulation online monitoring can track and record the true life and usage data of cutting tools.Based on historical usage data,a GA-BP neural network is used to model and predict the life of cutting tools.The predicted life value of the model is used as a reference for cutting tool life.Considering the relationship between processing hours and cutting tool life,a cutting tool life warning strategy is proposed to optimize the cutting tool circulation process,improve the accuracy and reliability of cutting tool circulation online monitoring,and reduce the overuse of cutting tools,thereby improving the utilization rate of cutting tools.Finally,based on the business requirements of cutting tool circulation,a cutting tool circulation management system was designed and implemented using the B/S architecture.Through case verification,the system demonstrated functions such as cutting tool status tracking management,inventory warning management,and life warning management.The system achieved online monitoring of cutting tool circulation and improved the level of precision tracking and intelligent management of cutting tools. |
