Backed by national policies,the tourism industry has embraced new opportunities for development.Touring natural landscapes and scenic spots is no longer enough to meet the multi-level tourism needs of the public,diversification of forms and contents is always the main theme of tourism development.As the "superstar" of the tourism industry in recent years,the culturally creative ice-cream bar is naturally sought after throughout the country.Compared with ordinary tourism cultural creative products,it has a stronger sense of experience,attracting tourists in terms of sight,smell,and taste,bringing revenue to the scenic spot while promoting the cultural connotation of the area and enhancing tourism publicity,thus becoming a unique business card.Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture(hereinafter referred to as "Ili")is known as a place with South-China-type scenery beyond the Great Wall with vast territory and abundant resources.The green pastures of Ili nurture countless robust cattle,sheep,and horses,which produce the highest quality milk.The long-time sunshine makes the melon and fruit fragrance.It also holds the regional cultures such as Kazakh culture,grassland culture,Ili Horses culture,and I Ching culture,etc.From June to October when the scenery of Ili is pleasant,it is the golden period when tourism is at its peak and also when cold food and beverages are sold the most.At present,there is a lack of design related to culturally creative ice-cream bars in Ili region,which is difficult to bring a richer tourism experience to the tourists coming to Ili in summer,and the tourists can only feel and understand the regional culture of Ili by seeing,hearing and touching.Therefore,it is the main task of this thesis to design a series of culturally featured creative ice-cream bars that can reflect the regional culture of Ili to enhance the freshness and experience of tourists.This thesis focuses on the research and practice of culturally creative ice-cream bars reflecting the regional cultural elements of Xinjiang Ili through field research,data review,and case study.Through case analysis of the existing designs of culturally creative ice-cream bars in the domestic market and categorizing them into six categories according to their characteristics:text-based,cultural relics,flora and fauna,architecture,characteristic elements and compound type,which clarifies ideas for the design practice of this thesis.Secondly,by visiting Yining City,Huocheng County,Turks County and Zhaosu County in Ili,the prairie culture,I Ching culture,Ili horse culture and other ethnic cultures were understood,and then by checking the regional culture of other counties and cities in Ili Prefecture,deeply exploring the unique elements of different regions,the typical culture elements of Ili was included,selected and applied it to the design practice of culturally creative ice-cream bars in various counties and cities in Ili,to design of both aesthetic and practical culturally creative ice-cream bars and the packaging,etc.,provide ideas for the development of culturally creative food in Ili,so that more tourists visiting Ili can understand the various regional cultures of Ili in a more direct and diversified way,thus bringing abundant experience.At present,a total of 23 types of culturally creative ice-cream bars have been designed for three cities and eight counties in Ili,which have been well-praised by the local cultural tourism bureau,whilst five types of them in Yining City and Turks County and are ready to be produced and adopted,contributing to the tourism industry of Ili. |
