Information Visualization Design And Application Research Of Shandong Cuisine

Originating from Shandong,Lu cuisine is a spontaneous cuisine that has evolved over a long period of time,and it is also the cuisine with the longest history and the richest technique.The Confucius cuisine of Lu cuisine has been included in the World Intangible Cultural Heritage List.In the rapidly developing information age,the dissemination and promotion of Lu cuisine at the top of the eight major cuisines is becoming less and less,in order to better publicize and develop Lu cuisine,this article will innovate and display Lu cuisine through information visualization design.The classic Lu cuisine is designed through information visualization,which increases the audience’s intuitive understanding of the basic information and production process of Lu cuisine,arouses the interest of readers,expands the influence of Lu cuisine,and enhances the popularity of Lu cuisine,so as to better protect and inherit Lu cuisine.This thesis analyzes the basic connotation of Lu cuisine from the theoretical aspect,understands the production process of classic Lu cuisine,sorts out the development process of traditional food culture in Shandong,summarizes the research status of Lu cuisine and information visualization at home and abroad,and the survey results of local people’s love for classic Lu cuisine,summarizes the application value and communication advantages of Lu cuisine information visualization design.In terms of practice,by sorting out the Lu cuisine information and questionnaire results collected in the early stage,building the information level,designing from the aspects of layout,color,visual graphics,fonts and other aspects according to the design principles,presenting the application scheme of Lu cuisine information visualization in the form of graphics and text,and creating a Lu cuisine information visualization design that conforms to the trend of the times and public aesthetics.At the same time,the production process of the nine most popular representative Lu dishes collected in the questionnaire: fried sea cucumber with green onion,braised prawns in oil,nine-turn large intestine,pulled sweet potato,sixi balls,sweet and sour carp,Kongfu Yipin pot and stir-fried waist flower are presented through information visualization,which increases the intuitiveness of information reading and enhances the aesthetic feeling of viewers,transcends the differences of language and culture,and enables people to better understand and make Lu cuisine.In summary,this thesis designs and presents the basic information of Lu cuisine and the production process of representative Lu cuisine through information visualization,demonstrates the feasibility of information visualization theory in the information visualization design of Lu cuisine,and realizes the inheritance,innovation and development of the digitalization,informatization and visualization of Lu cuisine.
