In recent years,our country gourmet consumption crowd unceasingly expands,in people’s daily lives food plays an increasingly important role.At the same time,food culture is an important part of traditional Chinese culture,and regional cuisine has become a unique city label,and more and more attention is being paid to the promotion of food culture in the development of each city.In the era of rapid development of mobile Internet,online food culture promotion platforms have also started to emerge gradually,but they still suffer from the problems of lack of personality,boring and single content,and weak sense of cultural value.Based on the theory of emotional experience,this paper studies the design of regional cuisine APP to meet the deep needs of the users for the unique cuisine culture,and develops new ideas for the promotion and development of regional traditional cuisine culture,to promote the creation of a unique impression of the city.First,through literature combing and research in various knowledge information discovery platforms,this paper provides insight into the current status of research on emotional experience and food APPs.The article provides a theoretical overview of three aspects: emotional experience,app interface design,and Hangbang cuisine culture,and searches for the theoretical connection between the three.From the three levels of aesthetic-oriented instinct layer,interaction-oriented behavior layer and personality-oriented reflection layer,the application performance of emotional experience in APP interface is sorted out,and the characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of existing food APP types are listed,and representative cases are selected and analyzed from the perspective of the three levels of emotional experience to summarize the main problems in the regional characteristic food APP,so as to provide theoretical support and direction for subsequent design research.Secondly,based on the preliminary theoretical research and analysis of existing problems,the design principles of emotional experience in regional food APP are proposed,and the design strategy of emotional experience of Hangbang cuisine APP is explored with the regional food culture characteristics of Hangbang cuisine,fully considering the user’s emotional factors,shaping personalized interface style,rich functional interaction and differentiated product image,and launching the final design practice under the guidance of design methods.Finally,following the summarized design principles and design methods,the article completes the overall design of Hangbang Cuisine App under the name of "Memories of Hangzhou Cuisine",presenting a comprehensive design demonstration from user orientation,preliminary design concept,information architecture,interaction flow and overall visual,presenting the complete interface visual and interaction effect of the product,and completing the practical demonstration of the theoretical research in the design application.
