Huaiyang Cuisine, one of the four cuisine in China,was very famous in thousands ofyears ago. Nowadays, with the development and advance of other cuisine, Huaiyang Cuisinehad no past reputation and influence, gradually disappeared in people’s sight.With thedevelopment and social progress, people’s quality of life calls for a gradual increase. Moreand more people put forward higher requirements, not only warmed and fed it simple. SingleFrom "eat" standpoint, dining tastes, form of food, utensils modeling have become morehuman concerns. Dining environment, employee services, brand effect and other hiddenfactors have imperceptibly put into customer’s ideas and become an important indicator of therestaurant of their choice.From another side, the food quality is not only the epitome of urbanquality but also the image of the city. Enhancing the tasting grade can greatly enhance thetaste of the city, and help establish a good image of the city.Based on this status and market requirements, the paper starts from the historicalHuaiyang, tapping the essence of history buried in.It finds popular story related Huaiyang asthe re-entry point to propaganda Huaiyang Cuisine.Then, the article further describe thecharacteristics of Huaiyang. It also strive to do tradition and innovation depending on its ownflavor, fresh and elegant flavor characteristics.Since it is carried out that developing the brandand visual strategy must analyze local situation. Therefore, the article analyzes marketenvironment, income, consumer purchasing power etc, as well as the development ofHuaiyang SWOT model. After full effective market analysis, we can formulate brandingprinciples and strategies suit to for Huaiyang Cuisine development.Further, we need toimprove the visual image of this brand under a complete unified chain of thinking, from foodstyling to tableware furnishings, from furnishings arrangement to heighten atmosphere, tocreate a visual representation, trying to make Huaiyang a full range of specialty display.
