| Traditional machining practical training courses are taught through real-life machining laboratories.Offline practical training is affected by the epidemic and other practical factors,which makes students unable to participate in practical training courses,and some training projects that need to cooperate with factories and enterprises are hindered by time and space factors.In addition,the hardware investment cost of the real laboratory is high,it relies on teachers’ resources,and there are potential safety hazards.This paper designs a machining virtual imitation real training teaching system based on virtual reality in view of the current situation of the current junior college metalworking internship courses,insufficient student training,potential safety hazards and frequent impact of the epidemic.For general vehicle processing,relying on Solidworks and 3Ds Max modeling software to complete the geometric modeling of the workshop terrain environment and the virtual machine bed,using 3Ds Max to convert the solid model into a triangular surface model to reduce the data processing volume and complete the model optimization;using Unity 3D engine and The C# script language builds a multi-level interactive system based on the hand menu,and designs a training system with four module units: scene roaming,equipment cognition,theoretical knowledge and operation simulation,so that users can immerse themselves in the training environment in a realistic virtual environment,understand processing equipment,understand processing principles,and learn theory.Knowledge,familiar with the processing steps.As an important part of the engineering training course,the system can become a necessary part for students to enter the practical training room.The system achieves the following design goals: reduce the number of faces,optimize the topology of the model,reduce resource consumption,and achieve a balance between simulation accuracy and fluency according to the needs of the target user;four training modules and a multi-level interactive panel based on the hand menu are designed to facilitate users to jump quickly;using external documents The storage question bank reads and calls the data in Excel according to the prescribed format through File Stream,which can be updated with the question bank to facilitate later maintenance and update.It is designed and realized by using the lathe operation panel to control the spindle box movement and the axial and radial feed movement of the tool holder,comparing a variety of cutting.The algorithm chooses to write a script for the cutting process of the machine tool based on the Verlet integral algorithm to realize the simulated cutting of the mechanical workpiece.The algorithm defines cutting parameters such as cutting depth and speed,realizes the simulation of cutting force,and uses coroutine and dynamic time steps to improve performance and ensure the consistent performance of the cutting process in different equipment.The system practice shows that the operation of the system is simple and the simulation effect is realistic,which liberates the limitations of equipment,teachers,safety,time and space,effectively improves the immersion of machining learning,stimulates students’ interest in the boring machining training,and achieves the "combination of virtuality and reality,complement each other" of engineering training.The effect of practical training and teaching has been upgraded. |
