| The central point of project management is to plan and control the progress of the project,initially implement the overall plan for the project,and implement the control in the actual work.It will achieve twice the result with half the effort and save a lot of manpower and material resources.As garbage power generation is a new type of industry,equipment and technology are imported by foreign countries.Due to the new equipment technology,lack of relevant maintenance experience.How to ensure quality,quantity to complete the maintenance tasks,the project organizers need to seriously plan and organize the implementation.This paper discusses the project of overhaul of turbine generator set in Lujiashan Municipal solid waste Incineration Power Plant of Shougang Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.In the actual work,the project schedule management planning and control is applied to each link of the unit maintenance in the new industry.The problems and shortcomings in the maintenance of the unit in the past are analyzed.Rational use of Advanced Technology in Modern Project Management Operation:structure and network planning technique WBS decomposition,CPM critical path method,drawing double code network diagram etc.discusses the application of project schedule and control in the garbage power generation enterprises maintenance project.And on this basis,adjusted the integration theory and critical chain method constraints on the maintenance project schedule plan optimization,planning and control of the project,construction period,shorten the maintenance to maintenance project to improve the efficiency of resource optimization,cost saving,enterprise profit objective.Through the research results of the actual cases,providing references for the maintenance project management of garbage power plant enterprises. |
