The Contemporary Changes Of Traditional Skills From The Perspective Of Life Practice

Based on the perspective of life practice,supplemented by documentary research methods and fieldwork methods,this paper investigates and studies the change process of the traditional tea processing techniques in Zhangyan Village.As a typical representative village in the tea-producing area of Emei Mountain,Zhangyan Village the historical origin of tea in this estate has a long history.This paper attempts to take tea as a cash crop as a research clue,relying on the change process of the traditional tea processing techniques,respectively,the material foundation and humanistic environment behind the formation of the traditional tea processing techniques,Inheritance of the traditional tea processing technology,the change of modern tea processing technology,the change of the main body of tea production,the factors,manifestations and significance of the contemporary construction of traditional tea processing technology,and finds that the traditional tea processing technology gradually presents a transformation from economy to culture,and at the same time,under the symbiotic cooperation of multiple subjects such as the government,local elites and non-governmental inheritance groups.the traditional tea processing technology has realized the revival and development in contemporary times,and the export of tea culture has promoted rural revitalization.This paper consists of five parts,the introduction part introduces the topic selection and significance of this paper,the review of relevant research,and the concept identification and research methods.The first chapter briefly summarizes the basic situation of Zhangyan Village;Chapter 2 takes the production and inheritance of traditional tea processing technology as a foothold,starting from the exchange and transfer of knowledge and experience in tea production activities,revealing the individual and collective understanding of technology and production labor of tea farmers in the process of daily practice,and exploring the inheritance of traditional tea processing technology.Chapter 3 discusses the challenges brought to traditional tea processing techniques by the introduction of modern tea processing equipment,and discusses the responses and changes in the lives of practitioners represented by tea farmers,tea hawkers,and skill inheritors.Among them,taking the handmade tea making technique of Gulai Mingxin as a case,the development,inheritance subject and object of its skills are described in detail.Chapter 4 focuses on the main manifestations of the revival and construction of traditional tea processing techniques by various practitioners such as the government,local elites,and folk inheritance groups in the process of contemporary construction of traditional tea processing techniques,and attempts to explore the modern development of traditional tea processing techniques.The concluding part summarizes the development process of traditional tea processing technology in Zhangyan Village.and puts forward relevant suggestions and supplements on the contemporary construction of handicraft folk crafts,so that the handicraft represented by traditional tea processing technology can be better inherited and developed.
