The oil transfer pump unit is an important mechanical device in the process of collecting and transporting crude oil.Its health condition monitoring is important to ensure the production safety of the process.An oil transfer pump unit consists of a centrifugal pump and a three-phase asynchronous motor whose drive shafts are connected by couplings,and its operation is usually accompanied by vibrations and operational noise.The overall operating noise of an oil transfer pump unit reveals a lot of information about the health of the equipment,therefore,the health management of oil transfer pumps through the analysis of the operating noise of oil transfer pump units is a hot topic of research in the industry.The overall operating noise of oil transfer pump units is divided into electromagnetic noise,aerodynamic noise,hydrodynamic noise and mechanical noise.The main characteristics of the hydrodynamic noise can reflect the operating conditions of the pump under different working conditions.Therefore,we studied the influence of crude oil viscosity on the hydrodynamic noise characteristics in the worm housing of oil transfer pumps.The results show that crude oil viscosity is one of the key factors affecting the hydrodynamic noise characteristics of oil transfer pumps.Given the need for energy saving in the oil transfer production process,frequency control of motor speed can be used to adapt to load changes.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the effect of motor speed on the hydrodynamic noise characteristics in the worm housing of oil transfer pumps.There are four parts in this paper: Firstly,based on the structure of oil transfer pump and its working principle,combined with the fluid properties of crude oil,the study determines the mechanism of oil transfer pump hydrodynamic noise generation;Secondly,according to the time domain characteristics of oil transfer pump hydrodynamic noise,construct the mathematical model of time domain description of oil transfer pump hydrodynamic noise source,and complete the description of flow noise spectrum properties according to the frequency domain properties;Thirdly,the simulation experiment of fluid transient and noise characteristics inside the centrifugal pump was completed by using the Ansys Fluent platform,and the major elements causing the static pressure,flow field and flow noise inside the snail casing of the oil transfer pump were the rotation speed of the three-phase asynchronous motor and the viscosity of the crude oil fluid by setting multiple simulation environments for control.Fourthly,a noise detection installation was established on the LabVIEW platform,and the sample collection verification experiments were completed.Through the single frequency information extraction and spectrum graph verification,it was concluded that the fluid dynamic noise was the dominant noise source in the centrifugal pump part,and the sample analysis error was less than 1.5%,which proved that the collected sample data was real and reliable,and the noise detection system also had good detection effect.
