Research On The Experience And Countermeasures Of Horqin Sandy Land Governance Under The Vision Of Xi Jinping Thought On Ecological Civilization

General Secretary Xi Jinping is very concerned about the work of ecological civilization and has put forward a series of new ideas,new insights and new propositions from the reality of China and the world,which provide important guidance for our work.Xi Jinping’s thought on ecological civilization has been well applied in the practical work of China and has achieved obvious results.Under the guidance of Xi Jinping’s thought on ecological civilization,an in-depth summary and refinement of China’s ecological civilization work has been made,and a set of effective theoretical system has been formed,and on this basis,a set of practical and feasible improvement plans has been put forward based on China’s actual situation,so as to better guide China’s ecological culture work,promote "Beautiful China " This is worthy of our in-depth discussion and research.Therefore,this paper takes Xi Jinping’s thought on ecological civilization as an entry point to systematically summarize and refine the outstanding achievements made by the horqin region in Inner Mongolia in effectively managing sandy areas and strengthening ecological civilization,with the aim of enabling the whole society to better understand the important practical significance of Xi Jinping’s thought on ecological civilization and to better strengthen ecological civilization work under the guidance of Xi Jinping’s thought on ecological civilization.This thesis focuses on the following aspects of the experience and countermeasures of the management of the horqin sands in the context of Xi Jinping’s thought on ecological civilization.Chapter 1 focuses on the ecological civilization thought of the founders of Marxism,starting with Marx and Engels,as well as Mao Zedong and Chinese Marxism,and elaborates on the inheritance and innovation of Xi Jinping’s thought on ecological civilization to the above ideas;Chapter 2 summarizes and analyzes the effectiveness and experience achieved in the management of the horqin sands over the past decades;Chapter 3 puts forward the problems that still exist in the management of the horqin sands at present and the reasons for the problems;Chapter 4 proposes corresponding countermeasures to address the problems in Chapter 3.
