Research On The Integration And Application Of Cable Dyeing And Submarine Painting In Modern Dress Design

The development and inheritance of Chinese traditional handicrafts has always been an issue for clothing designers to pursue and discuss.How to apply traditional handicrafts in clothing design has always been a concern of designers.Based on the research of modern dress,this paper will clothe the design of modern dress with tie-dye and painting craft.How to better carry forward and inherit the connotation of Chinese traditional craft culture and innovate modern dress design,extract characteristic cultural symbols and apply them appropriately in modern dress design has become a subject that needs deep thinking at present.Although the dress has a booming market share trend,but most of the dress style design is single,do not have specific aesthetic characteristics and cultural connotation,can not fully meet the current people’s full expectations of aesthetic feelings,followed by the imitation of fixed patterns and mass production customized.As a modern young researchers need to integrate the Chinese traditional craft into modern life,the responsibility is unshirkable.Through practice and research,I found cloying tie-dye craft and painting can generate distinctive visual effects from the mixture of technology and art,triggering the original intention of this research,which aims to provide new ideas and methods for modern design.The texture effect of rich painting techniques combined with tie-dye is a combination of subjective and objective as well as an accidental and inevitable collision.On the basis of the occasional tie-dye texture effect,the drawing integrates subjective factors into the situational modeling to form a unique visual feeling effect,which can convey the subjective spiritual world of the designer and has a unique artistic appeal.Applying it in modern dress design,the purpose is to create a free,expressive feelings and inner feelings of clothing art works.This paper is devoted to the research of the integration of tie-dye and clothesy painting craft,which aims to further explore the visual beauty of modern dress,inherit and develop Chinese traditional craft culture,and provide useful inspiration for the innovative design of modern dress.This paper firstly analyzes the closely-dyeing and painting technology and summarizes the artistic characteristics of closely-dyeing,analyzing the craft techniques,extraction and expression of dyes of closely-dyeing,and further decoding the cable art of painting by investigating and studying the printed colored yarns of the Western Han Dynasty and related unearthed cultural relics.Then,the unique technological characteristics of closely-dyeing,such as plain stitching,splinting,etc.are exploited.The bundling method is deeply integrated with the clossing art of painting.Through a large amount of practice and comparative analysis,the unique visual beauty of the combination of tie-dye and painting can be further summarized,opening up new creative ways for the research of modern dress design practice.The core part of this paper is,on the basis of summing up the application characteristics and ideological connotations of the integration of dyeing and painting into modern dress design,to carry out the creation practice of graduation design series,including the sources of inspiration,design conception and colour matching,and make full use of the artistic characteristics of tie-dyeing and painting clothesy technology to enrich and apply dress design elements.This paper gives a new perspective to the design of modern dress by the integration of cable dyeing and submarine painting,which better promoted the innovation and development of modern dress.
