Research On The Strategy To Improve Supply Chain Operational Efficiency Of Manufacturing Enterprises Based On Green Lean

In today’s world,"black swan" and "gray rhinoceros" events occur frequently,and enterprises need to have lasting competitiveness and long-term development planning to deal with one sudden crisis after another.Academia has paid attention to this issue.Although this issue has received wide attention from the government,society and academia,and scholars have proposed realistic paths for enterprises to improve operational efficiency in the development process at the macro level,how to make manufacturing enterprises,especially small and medium-sized enterprises,have specific implementable strategies is still a problem that needs to be solved.In a large number of studies on improving operational efficiency in enterprises,scholars focus on the green lean concept,combining lean supply chain and green supply chain with each other,analyzing the coordination between the two and the positive impact on the operational efficiency of enterprises.How to better promote the rapid development and improve the operational efficiency of Chinese manufacturing enterprises through the green lean concept is the main content of research at this stage.Using value stream mapping and coupled coordination theory analysis,this article divides the supply chain of enterprise Z into six stages: planning stage(responsible for overall goal setting),procurement stage(responsible for supplier selectionandmanagement),productionstage,warehousingstage,distribution/delivery stage,and return/recovery stage,draws its overall value stream map,and conducts a study on supply chain time efficiency(supply chain response time),cost of sales(labor,environmental protection,and Then,by reviewing the data and proposing the performance requirements of each stage of the supply chain from the perspective of Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises,summarizing the literature and improving the traditional Lean tools by adding green concepts to them,the Green Lean tool was concluded,listing their concepts,extracting their performance points through the concepts,using the coupling coordination degree and the coupling coordination model,five lean experts were selected to match the performance requirements of the stages with the performance points of the tools,and the best two tools were matched for each stage.The strategy is then compared and analyzed to determine the effectiveness of the improved supply chain indicators,and the effectiveness of the strategy is used to revise the strategy,and finally propose a strategy to improve the efficiency of the supply chain of Chinese SMEs through green lean tools.This article concludes from the study that the use of green lean tools has a positive effect on the efficiency improvement of enterprises at all stages,eliminating many wastes in the operation process,and also assisting enterprises to make results in environmental protection and energy saving,producing green products that are more suitable for our development goals,achieving lean,increasing the percentage of value-added time,and providing a guarantee for efficient operation of enterprises.
