Fuel cells are chemical power generating devices in fuel that are converted into electrical energy through electrochemical reactions at the same temperature.In recent years,it has been widely used,recognized by governments,large companies,and research institutions,and widely used in many fields.With the support of the 863 and973 plans,fuel cell research is booming in China.Based on the sustainable development of the national and even the world economy,the research of renewable and environmentally friendly new energy sources,the research and development of fuel cell control and measurement system has been elevated to a strategic position.At present,there is no standard for fuel cell testing,and there is no unified standard testing platform supplier;foreign fuel cell testing platforms are expensive,with poor power compatibility and less friendly operation interface.In view of this,this paper aims to develop a set of user-friendly test system software to realize the detection and control during fuel cell operation.Based on the virtual instrument(labview),using hardware in the ring(HIL)technology to develop a solid oxide fuel cell(SOFC)simulation test system,which has strong scalability and adaptability.It can flexibly and independently build experimental systems,as well as analyze and process test data from existing commercial test systems.It has powerful data analysis functions,and can perform data replication of a single dataset and comparative analysis of multiple datasets.The graphical analysis results provide a direct scientific basis for the selection of solid oxide fuel cell materials and the design of batteries and battery systems.After debugging and initial application,the software runs smoothly and has stable performance,better meeting the SOFC testing requirements.The main content of this article includes:Firstly,by analyzing the hardware requirements for building a test platform for solid oxide fuel cells,select the necessary components and understand the operating principles.Based on the analysis of the composition,structure,and working principle of solid oxide fuel cells,a simulation model of SOFC is built using MATLAB/Simulink platform.The effects of temperature and flow on the output power of SOFC are analyzed,and the measurement parameters of the test system are determined.Secondly,based on the analysis of stack operation parameters and the software requirements of the control system,a user-friendly testing system software based on Lab VIEW is developed to achieve detection and control during fuel cell operation.Finally,through system integration for real-time signal processing,the results show that the system can be simulated and tested at different performance levels,with good flexibility and security.It provides a testing method for the development of fuel cells. |
