Solid Oxide Fuel Cell(SOFC)is an emerging electrochemical power generation technolog,which can directly use hydogen and carbon-base fossil fuels with high efficiency and no pollution.It is a hot research topic in the field of clean energy technolog,and it has great protential to solve energy problems and environmental pollution problems.Since the waste heat needs to be utilized and different types of fuels are considered in order to combine SOFC with other power genreation systems,it is necessary to modelling SOFC power generation system to conduct simulation analysis of various processes and working conditions.In addition,the air flow control system of SOFC is also one of the most important parts of the power generation system.According to the operating conditions of the power generation system,the real-time supply of the required air flow is very important to ensure the performance,stability and life of the power generation system.The second part,this paper in the SOFC power generation system as the research object,based on Aspen Plus software system process simulation model is established,and according to the results of model optimization,and then investigated the impact of changes in key components and key parameters of the system on performance,the basic influence of the main controllable operating parameters of the system such as fuel utilization rate and fuel flow on the system performance was obtained,established a 4-6kW SOFC power generation system model based on the actual working condition U-I curve,analyzed the influence of different electric pile of inlet temperature and the power generating system specifications,the performance of The above analysis is taken as the basis to set the optimal operating parameters under the process model scheme,and provide guidance for the follow-up air flow control research.With the support of the project,the system identification toolbox function based on MATLAB software was used to identify the process transfer function of SOFC power generation system’s air flow control.The simulation model of SOFC air flow control was established and optimized based on MATLAB/Simulink platform.On this basis,according to the requirements of the experiment,the upper computer software of the air flow control system was written in Lab VIEW software,and the experimental research was carried out based on the relevant parameters of the simulation model.The experimental data were collected by the sensor installed on the experimental platform,and then the control effect was verified by analyzing the experimental data and comparing the simulation results.It was found that the control effect of increasing Smith’s estimated compensation was good,and no overruns and oscillations occurred during the experiment.
