With the increasingly serious problems of energy shortage,the fuel cell has become a research hot spot.The new energy power laboratory in an enterprise aims to develop a new type of fuel cell train,and it is necessary to conduct performance tests of various fuel cells and to simulate the complex working conditions of high-speed train.According to the fuel cell test requirements of the new energy power laboratory,a set of fuel cell operation monitoring and working condition simulating system is designed and developed.The system is designed and developed following the development process of demand analysis,scheme design,hardware design,software design,system integration and test experiment.The hardware is based on the virtual instrument system of NI company,the my RIO embedded system is taken as the hardware core,equipped with multi-channel data acquisition card,I/O card,sensors,CAN card,power supply and computer,each equipment matches the requirements of relevant parameters.The software is programmed on Lab VIEW platform,and the parameter configuration,communication,data processing and other related subroutines of the two subsystems are designedIn the experiment,single point mode and curve mode are enabled,and the current,voltage and hydrogen flow data of the fuel cell are obtained.The data collected in the experiment is processed and analyzed,the power efficiency curve of the fuel cell is obtained,and the performance characteristics of the fuel cell are shown.The problem of the deviation and interference of the collected data is solved by strengthening electromagnetic shielding and avoiding the formation of the grounding loop.After the system is developed,the operation monitoring subsystem is designed to monitor the operation status of the fuel cell system in real time,has TCP / IP protocol communication ability,automatically display,analyze,store and playback the operation data and ensure the safety of the laboratory through the safety protection device controlled by the I/O equipment.At the same time,the working condition simulating subsystem is designed to has the ability of CAN bus communication,send the test command,control the electronic load to drive the fuel cell to run according to the specified operating point or curve,and receive the information returned by the electronic load representing the running state.The modular hardware equipments used in the system make the system not only meet the requirements,but also has good compatibility and expansibility.The Lab VIEW platform adopted by the software shortens the development time and improves the engineering efficiency.The system is easy to operate,which is conducive to the follow-up related experiments.The system has been applied in the new energy power laboratory of the enterprise,and is proved to have high application value. |
