Study On The Standard Requirements Of Environmental Health For Nursing Homes In China

Objectives Contrasting and researching the development situation of nursing homes at home and abroad,the present situation of environmental health laws and regulations and standards at home and abroad,as well as environmental health problems of the nursing homes in our country.Then,conducting a sampling survey and study of nursing homes in China.based on all the results,putting forward the environmental health standard requirements and the standard system framework of the nursing homes in our country.Methods With the method of literature retrieval,understand nursing homes development present situation at home and abroad,combing the domestic and foreign pension institutions' condition of environmental health laws and regulations and standard,as well as environmental health problems of the nursing homes in our country at present.By sampling survey method,understand the current status of environmental health of the nursing homes in China.Through the combination of documentary research and field investigation,comprehensive analysis of China's nursing homes environmental health standard requirements.Results At present,it is the period of prosperity and development of the nursing homes under national policy support.At the same time of rapid development,some problems were showed out:policy no feasibility,standards are not comprehensive,lack of health standard,etc.Developed countries had many mature management experiences in nursing homes,but lacked of specific environmental health regulation and standard.The physical and mental health of the elderly is closely related to environmental health factors.It is necessary to study standards for them.Conclusion The environmental health standard institutions of nursing homes in China needs to be improved.We should set standards in Architectural design requirement,hygienic requirements for disinfection,industry health standard,requirement of health education for nursing homes.
