Research On The Influencing Factors Of Public Participation Behavior In Rural Ecological Environment Governance In Feixi County

China’s economy is constantly developing,science and technology are advancing by leaps and bounds,but resource constraints are tightening,and various environmental pollution problems are becoming increasingly prominent,if you do not pay attention to ecological and environmental problems,you will pay a greater price in the future.Nowadays,the government attaches great importance to rural revitalization and green development,we cannot sacrifice the ecological environment in exchange for short-term economic growth,the solution of rural ecological environment problems cannot be achieved overnight,and the governance of rural ecological environment is inseparable from the participation of the broad masses of the people.A good ecological environment is not only good for the public’s health,but also can promote the development of the rural economy and increase the public’s income.If the public is not aware of the importance of rural ecological environment governance and cannot actively participate in rural ecological environment governance as a master,it will affect the efficiency of environmental governance.Based on this,this paper takes the influencing factors of public participation behavior in rural ecological environment governance in Feixi County as the research theme,collects data through field research and questionnaire distribution,analyzes the current situation and influencing factors of public participation behavior in the rural ecological environment governance of Feixi County.According to the relevant literature,based on the theory of planned behavior,the theory of attitude-behavior-condition,and the theory of public participation,six influencing factors were selected from both internal and external aspects for empirical analysis,including cognitive level,behavioral attitude,subjective norms and perceptual behavior control,and external factors including institutional factors and external conditions,and SPSS25.0 was used to analyze the data for correlation analysis and regression analysis.Finally,it is concluded that the cognitive level,behavior attitude,subjective norms,perceptual behavior control,institutional factors,and external conditions all have a significant positive impact on public participation in the governance of rural ecological environment in Feixi County.According to the conclusion of empirical research,this paper proposes corresponding countermeasures to promote public participation in rural ecological environment governance in Feixi County: improve the public’s environmental awareness level;create a good social atmosphere for public participation;enhance the public’s sense of self-efficacy;improve the rules and regulations for public participation in governance;improve the external conditions for public participation;It is hoped that the suggestions can mobilize the enthusiasm of public participation and promote the pace of rural revitalization and rural ecological civilization construction in Feixi County.
