Study On The Improvement Of The Separation System Of Urban Greening Management And Office In Wuxi

At present,China is vigorously developing the construction of ecological civilization.As an important part of the construction of ecological civilization,urban greening is closely related to the production and life of the people,and also plays an important role in the high-quality development of the city.For the increasing requirements of fine management of urban greening and the needs of the people,the traditional management mode has been greatly challenged.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study how to improve the greening management system,improve the government service efficiency,give full play to the role of the government,establish a comprehensive,efficient and scientific urban greening management system,and effectively explore the realization of beautiful China and beautiful cities.This paper expounds some research directions and contents of urban greening management at home and abroad,takes Wuxi urban greening management under the background of deepening the reform of separation of management and office as the starting point,expounds the development and evolution process and current situation of Wuxi urban greening management system,and comprehensively uses case analysis,literature analysis Interviews and other methods,with a number of detailed practical cases to illustrate the prominent institutional problems of urban greening management in Wuxi.Using the theories and perspectives of overall government,new public service and citizen participation in public management,this paper makes an innovative analysis and Research on the prominent problems of urban greening,a public product,in Wuxi,and looks for countermeasures to solve the problems.This paper focuses on the urban greening management and management characteristics of cities including Singapore,London,Shanghai and Shenzhen.The urban greening management issues discussed basically cover the parts related to the living environment of urban residents,mainly including the inefficient operation of urban greening construction system,extensive management and control of urban greening construction,blind spots in urban greening supervision,lack of administrative grasp by territorial greening management departments and corresponding cases,and systematically analyze these current hot issues,Find out the causes,and put forward the countermeasures and ideas to solve the problems,including mechanism driving system,refining management functions,optimizing greening management function guarantee system,etc.Through these analysis and research,we hope to be effectively used in the urban greening industry,reduce the problems caused by the rapid development of urban greening,make the government effectively change its functions and improve the government’s administrative ability and efficiency.
