High pressure abrasive water jet cutting technology originated in the 1960 s was first proposed by American scholars.In recent years,it has developed rapidly and has many research results.Compared with other cutting technologies,high pressure abrasive water jet is a cold cutting technology,which does not generate heat and thermal deformation in the cutting process.Cutting technology is an unavoidable operation process in the production and operation of coal mines.Based on the special environment of the coal mine,if an open flame or high temperature is generated during the cutting process,it is very easy to cause a fire or even an explosion,which brings great danger to production.Due to the characteristics of abrasive water cutting technology,it is very suitable for applications in coal mine production,but at present,this technology is rarely used in coal mines.By analyzing and summarizing the existing research results,this paper explores the reasons for the less application of abrasive water jet technology in coal mine,and designs a water jet cutting system suitable for coal mine production while optimizing and analyzing the system to improve the economic efficiency of the equipment.The specific content is as follows:(1)Study the reasons why the high pressure abrasive water jet cutting technology is less used in the coal mine and find out the problems and difficulties in its promotion and application in the coal mine.(2)Analyze and study the difficulties and problems of abrasive water jet cutting technology in coal mine application,propose the slurry abrasive water jet cutting method and design the water jet cutting system suitable for coal mine applications accordingly,and study the factors that affect the cutting ability of the cutting system through experiments.(3)According to the results of experimental research,the sequence relationship of influencing factors is analyzed,and the main influencing parameters are optimized and analyzed to obtain the optimal cutting parameter combination,which provides theoretical reference for the practical application of the designed cutting system.There are 35 pictures,14 tables,and 70 references.
