Research On The Coordinated Development Of Financial Agglomeration And Ecological Efficiency In Henan Province

With the rapid development of my country’s economy,the pressure caused by excessive consumption of resources and environmental impacts has been increasing,and the contradiction between resources,the environment and sustainable economic development has become increasingly prominent.In September 2019,the Yellow River Basin ecological protection and high-quality development strategy was put forward,which brought new opportunities for the sustainable economic development of the Yellow River Basin,but it also reflected the contradiction between the resources,environment and sustainable economic development of the Yellow River Basin.Henan is an important resource and industrial province in the Yellow River Basin.The extensive economic development model in the past has made the province’s resource and environmental problems increasingly serious and has become a major factor restricting the sustainable economic development of Henan Province.Eco-efficiency is an important measure for the coordinated development of resources,environment and economy.Improving the level of eco-efficiency is of great significance to the sustainable development of the economy;while financial agglomeration plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the improvement of eco-efficiency by adjusting resource allocation and optimizing industrial structure.The role of.Based on this problem,this paper studies the financial agglomeration,ecological efficiency and the level of coordinated development of the two in Henan Province,seeks countermeasures to improve the ecological efficiency of Henan Province,and promotes the coordinated development of the two,which has important reality for realizing the sustainable economic development of Henan Province.Meaning and application value.This paper first sorts out the related literature,mechanism and concepts of financial agglomeration and ecological efficiency,and then makes descriptive statistics on the status quo of financial agglomeration and ecological environment in Henan Province;secondly,it calculates the financial agglomeration in Henan Province using the entropy method and comprehensive evaluation model.Comprehensive level,the super-efficiency SBM model and Malmquist index are used to analyze the level of ecological efficiency;finally,the coupling coordination level of financial agglomeration and ecological efficiency is studied through the coupling coordination model.The following conclusions are drawn: From 2009 to 2018,the level of financial agglomeration in Henan Province and prefecture-level cities showed a continuous upward trend,and the spatial distribution of financial agglomeration in various prefecture-level cities was uneven,and the differences continued to increase.From 2009 to 2018,the average comprehensive ecological efficiency of Henan Province was all less than the effective level 1,and the ecological efficiency of prefecture-level cities varied greatly.Among them,only 6 prefecture-level cities had an average comprehensive ecological efficiency exceeding 1.The average value of pure technical efficiency in Henan Province and most prefecture-level cities is greater than 1,while the scale efficiency is basically less than 1.This shows that Henan Province has a relatively high technical use efficiency of resources and the environment,while the scale efficiency is the lower level of comprehensive ecological efficiency in Henan Province.main reason.The dynamic changes in the ecological efficiency of Henan Province show that technological progress is the main reason for promoting the improvement of the ecological efficiency of Henan Province and local-level cities.However,there are differences in technical efficiency,and local-level cities have both promotion and restriction.The degree of coupling coordination between financial agglomeration and ecological efficiency in Henan Province and prefecture-level cities has gradually increased.Most prefecture-level cities have shown the distribution characteristics of reluctant coordination in time and space to transition to primary coordination;and over time,the coupling and coordination between regions The level difference gradually widened.Finally,based on the above research conclusions,targeted policy recommendations are put forward to promote financial agglomeration,ecological efficiency,and the level of coordinated development of the two in Henan Province.
