A Study On The Ecological Environment Management Of Hulunbuir Grassland

Hulunbuir prairie is located in the northeast of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and is famous for its beautiful scenery.As a well-known grassland pastoral area at home and abroad,its ecosystem types are diverse.With the establishment and implementation of the concept of ecological priority and green development,great progress has been made in the ecological management of Hulunbuir grassland.The government’s concept of economic development and ecological protection has undergone great changes.The protection of Hulunbuir grassland ecological environment has also become a hot spot of attention from all walks of life.However,at present,Hulunbeier grassland ecological management is still facing severe forms.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that the establishment of ecological civilization is the millennium plan for the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.It is necessary to coordinate the management of landscape,forest,lake and grass system.It can be seen that the state has attached great importance to grassland management.In this context,how to effectively promote grassland ecological governance has become an important issue in the construction of ecological civilization.Although the state promotes the local improvement of grassland ecology by implementing grassland ecological protection policies and grassland ecological construction projects,the overall deterioration problem continues,and the problem of grassland ecological governance has not been fundamentally solved.There are objective and man-made factors that restrict the management of Hulunbeier grassland ecological environment.At present,the ecological environment of Hulunbuir grassland has been in a critical period,and the research on this subject has important practical significance.Through the investigation on the ecological environment control of Hulunbuir grassland,Hulunbuir grassland is still facing many problems,such as the severe degradation of the main grassland,the lack of grassland ecological space control system,the lack of systematicness of ecological protection and restoration projects,the imperfect long-term grassland protection system,and the serious lack of grassland ecological monitoring and supervision ability,The objective natural environment has brought great challenges to grassland ecological management,but human,economic and social factors are also the reasons for the deterioration of Hulunbuir grassland ecological environment.Therefore,this thesis proposes that we should establish the grassland ecological space control system,build diversified governance and strengthen scientific and technological support,improve the construction of grassland ecological protection and restoration system,improve the long-term mechanism of grassland ecological protection,improve the grassland ecological monitoring and supervision ability to improve the ecological environment management of Hulunbuir grassland.
