| China’s economic development has entered the stage of high-quality development.As an important part of the national economy,the manufacturing industry must be the backbone to promote high-quality economic development,which requires the manufacturing industry to accelerate the upgrading and transformation,and further improve the attention and improvement speed of cost,quality and technology.TPM is just a management tool that can provide strong support for the development of enterprises.Therefore,carrying out TPM efficiently is an effective way for enterprises.JT company is a large modern iron and steel enterprise.With development of TPM,it has also come to the bottleneck period.For better TPM and enterprise high-quality development,JT company is taken as the research object to conduct a comprehensive research and analysis on TPM.First,through a large number of literatures,we have conducted a comprehensive study on the history of TPM at home and abroad,defined the research content and research methods,and formulated the technical route.Through the research and comparison of TPM and equipment management theoretical knowledge,it lays a theoretical foundation for promoting the effective integration.Then,it expounds the current situation of the equipment management and TPM,and analyzes the problems of TPM at the current stage,which provides a practical basis.It focuses on the analysis and elaboration of the specific methods of TPM improvement scheme.Combined with the equipment inspection and maintenanc,measures are formulated from the Post procedure,point inspection,maintenance,hydraulic lubrication and material management.A series of guarantee measures are formulated.Finally,the effect of TPM is summarized,and the optimization suggestions for the next work are put forward.Through the research and improvement of JT’s TPM work plan,it can provide some theoretical basis and practical cases for similar enterprises,and provide reference for the work.Figure 7;Table 8;Reference 43... |
