Study On The Effect And Countermeasure Of The Ecological Environment Of Daihai Water On Agricultural Production In Surrounding Towns

Water is one of the factors of economic development,and water ecological environment is very important to economic development.The dependence of economic development on water ecological environment is reflected in various aspects: agricultural irrigation and industrial production are inseparable from water,tourism depends on water resources,and people’s life is even more dependent on water.Due to the dual influence of natural factors and human factors,since the 1990 s,the water level of Daihai Lake has been decreasing year by year,the lake area has been shrinking,the water salinity has increased,and the water pollution has become increasingly serious.Therefore,the ecological environment of Daihai Lake and wetland is facing great threats.Moreover,the deterioration of the water ecological environment has gradually affected the agricultural production,the service industry such as industry,tourism and trade circulation,the residents’ income,the appearance of the village and so on.As a result,the water ecological environment of Daihai is not coordinated with the economy of the surrounding towns and villages,especially the agricultural production is greatly affected.Liangcheng County Party Committee and government began to conduct comprehensive treatment of the water ecological environment of Daihai in 2015.With the promotion and implementation of various projects in the treatment,the water ecological environment of Daihai has been significantly improved and has some effects on agricultural production.Through sample survey,random interview,data analysis and comparative study,this paper demonstrates and analyzes the agricultural production effects of the villages and towns around Daihai under the comprehensive management of water ecology,so as to study the coordination between the water ecological environment of Daihai and the economic development of the towns and villages around it.And further put forward the corresponding countermeasures for realizing the ecological industrialization and industrial ecologicalization of the townships around Daihai.Based on the investigation and analysis of the water ecological changes in Daihai,it can be seen that the water ecological environment in Daihai worsened during the period from the early 21 st century to around 2015,which affected the agricultural production and other industrial economic development of the surrounding towns.With the implementation of various measures for the comprehensive ecological management of the water in Daihai,the deterioration trend of the ecological environment of the water in Daihai has been effectively alleviated,and the total output value of agricultural production in the towns around Daihai has increased year by year.The positive effect on agricultural production has gradually become prominent.Especially,after the ecological emergency water replenishment project of the water diversion from Huanghai to Daihai was successfully completed on September 20,2022,the Yellow River continuously flows into Daihai.The water ecological environment of Daihai has been fundamentally reversed,which has laid a solid foundation for further realizing the ecological industrialization and the ecological industry of the towns around Daihai.Based on the complexity of the water ecological environment governance of Daihai,there are still three negative effects in the governance process: first,the governance of Daihai has not realized the comprehensive and systematic coordination between the water ecological environment and the industry;Secondly,the water quality of Daihai is still not improved obviously,which affects the integration of modern agriculture,fishery and tourism,and further affects the ecological and ecological industrialization development of the township industries around Daihai.Third,there are problems in the governance process such as weak government supervision and imperfect legal system.In view of the problems found in order to realize ecological industrialization and industrial ecology,five countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: first,to build a water-saving modern agricultural system and realize the ecological development of township industries around Daihai;The second is to develop agricultural sightseeing tourism to realize the ecological industrialization development of towns around Daihai;Thirdly,establish the ecological compensation mechanism for the water of Daihai to realize the coordinated and sustainable economic development of the water area of Daihai and the surrounding towns.Fourth,strengthen the organizational construction,and gradually form a long-term mechanism for the comprehensive management of Daihai Lake;Fifth,strengthen the sense of citizenship and advocate the public’s extensive participation in protecting the ecological environment of Daihai water.
