Research On Ecological Efficiency Improvement Of Leading Enterprises In Agricultural Industrialization In Fujian

In 2020,the General Office of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs issued the "2020 Key Points for Green Development of Agriculture and Rural Areas",which mentioned that it is necessary to solidly promote quality rejuvenation and green rejuvenation of agriculture,and continuously strengthen the guidance of green development on rural revitalization,and leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization are the new force leading the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas and agricultural and rural modernization,and play an irreplaceable role in green agriculture and high-quality development.Fujian Province is the vanguard of China’s reform and opening up,located in the southeast coastal developed area,facing the sea in the east,separated from the treasure island of Taiwan by a piece of the Taiwan Strait,relying on the Wuyi Mountain Range in the north,and the mountain and sea resources are very rich.The forest coverage rate of Fujian Province is as high as 66.8%,maintaining the first place in the country for many consecutive years,which makes Fujian have a wide variety of organisms and rich local characteristic agricultural products.In recent years,Fujian Province has vigorously developed Fujian characteristic agricultural product brands and introduced many support policies for leading agricultural industrialization enterprises,achieving remarkable results.However,in the process of the development of leading agricultural industrialization enterprises in Fujian Province,there are still problems such as lack of enterprise environmental concept,low quality of employees,weak enterprise management level,backward production technology,etc.,resulting in waste of resources and environmental pollution,and the important role of agricultural industrialization leading enterprises as the "vanguard" of green agriculture has not been brought into play,which will seriously hinder the sustainable development of enterprises in the long run.In order to further explore the development level of eco-efficiency of leading agricultural industrialization enterprises in Fujian Province and deeply explore the influencing factors of eco-efficiency of leading agricultural industrialization enterprises in Fujian Province,this study sorts out the relevant research on ecological efficiency and agricultural industrialization leading enterprises of predecessors,and combines the actual development of leading agricultural industrialization enterprises in Fujian Province.Firstly,the eco-efficiency evaluation index system of leading agricultural industrialization enterprises in Fujian Province was constructed,and the ultra-efficient SBM-DEA model was used to measure the ecological efficiency of 34 leading agricultural industrialization enterprises in Fujian Province in 2021.Secondly,the measured ecological efficiency value of leading agricultural industrialization enterprises in Fujian Province was taken as the dependent variable,and the five influencing factors of scientific research investment,labor cost,economic development level,enterprise equity structure and enterprise age were selected as independent variables,and the Tobit model was used to analyze the influencing factors of the ecological efficiency of leading agricultural industrialization enterprises in Fujian Province.Finally,according to the research conclusions,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the improvement of ecological efficiency of leading agricultural industrialization enterprises in Fujian Province: the government should increase enterprise policy support,guide the transformation and development of enterprises,improve enterprise environmental information disclosure,and increase the punishment of illegal enterprises;Enterprises should establish the concept of green development,promote the progress of ecological technology,improve the level of operation and management,and strengthen the construction of the workforce.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)From the perspective of the overall ecological efficiency of the leading agricultural industrialization enterprises in Fujian Province,the scale remuneration status of most enterprises is increasing,indicating that the current leading agricultural industrialization enterprises in Fujian Province still have the problem of small production and operation scale.(2)From the perspective of subdivision and eco-efficiency of leading agricultural industrialization enterprises in Fujian Province,there are certain differences in ecological efficiency between different agricultural sub-industries.(3)From the perspective of the location and ecological efficiency of the leading agricultural industrialization enterprises in Fujian Province,there are differences in the average ecological efficiency between the coastal areas and the inland areas.(4)From the perspective of the influencing factors of eco-efficiency of leading agricultural industrialization enterprises in Fujian Province,the labor cost input of enterprises,the economic development level of the region and the equity structure of enterprises have a significant positive effect on the ecological efficiency of enterprises,while the influence of enterprise scientific research investment and enterprise age on enterprise ecological efficiency is not significant.From the perspective of eco-efficiency research of leading agricultural industrialization enterprises in Fujian Province,this paper broadens the research field of eco-efficiency theory of agricultural enterprises,on the one hand,it is conducive to understanding the coordinated development degree between production and operation and ecological environment of leading agricultural industrialization enterprises in Fujian Province.On the other hand,it provides reference suggestions for government departments to formulate relevant policies for leading agricultural industrialization enterprises in Fujian Province,and for leading agricultural industrialization enterprises in Fujian Province to formulate ecological development strategy goals,so as to help the high-quality,green and sustainable development of leading agricultural industrialization enterprises in Fujian Province.
