Application Of BIM Technology In Construction Engineering Safety Management

Construction engineering has the characteristics of high mobility,high exposure operation,low degree of mechanization and complex construction technology.The traditional safety management mode cannot effectively prevent the occurrence of major safety accidents.How to realize efficient and scientific safety management is an urgent problem to be solved.The rise of BIM technology provides a new idea for the safety management of construction engineering.First of all,this paper summarizes and analyzes the status quo of construction engineering safety management and BIM technology at home and abroad,and expounds related concepts and theories in depth,laying a theoretical foundation for the paper.Second,USES the questionnaire survey analysis factors affecting safety accidents and the results are multivariate linear regression analysis,explore the relationship between independent variable and dependent variable,found that the construction personnel,construction environment,technology,equipment and management factors such as the four independent variable has a significant effect on safety accident,determines the building requires the main function of the safety management system.Finally,will build a BIM information security management system is applied to specific actual cases,by building information model plus,drones and tilt photography technology optimization area,security monitoring early warning based on BIM and RFID technology,dynamic construction simulation based on BIM and VR technology and application of the safety education training and the application effect evaluation,Verify the feasibility of the security system.The BIM information safety management system constructed in this paper realizes the dynamic control of the construction project,improves the safety management level of the current construction project to a certain extent,effectively avoids the occurrence of safety accidents,and ensures the safety of people and property.
