With the rapid development of the construction industry,the corresponding safety issues have become increasingly prominent in recent years.The key parts of construction engineering are characterized by complex technology,numerous external interference factors and complicated management model,which have become the focus of safety issues.The integration of BIM and VR technology,with its unique advantages of virtual visualization,information interaction,and management collaboration,it can predict potential unsafe factors and open up new ideas for project safety management.Therefore,this paper takes the identification of safety influencing factors as the entry point,and analyzes the unsafe factors that can be solved by BIM and VR technology.Eventually,the safety management application scheme is proposed,so as to improve safety management level.First of all,establish safety causation system of key parts of construction engineering.There are 134 safety accident reports selected as sample cases according to the common characteristics of safety accidents in key parts.The paper uses text mining method to extract high-frequency words of safety causality and analyze the social network semantics,and then transform them into an initial set of safety influencing factors referring to case text library.In addition,these factors shall be checked and corrected in line with the regulations and literature of the relevant safety management.Ultimately,the safety factor system is constructed including 24 factors.Secondly,identify the safety influencing factors that can be solved effectively by BIM and VR technology.Based on the social network theory,the Ucinet software is used to further process the co-occurrence matrix generated during the text mining,and construct a social network diagram of the safety influencing factors of key parts.Meanwhile,overall analysis on construction safety is performed.Furthermore,it can contribute to analyze the impact of BIM and VR technology on safety factors by disassembling the social network into four category units.Finally,the determination of 21 factors that can be resolved by BIM and VR technology.Afterwards,formulate a systematic safety management plan based on BIM and VR technology.In order to scientifically and effectively solve these unsafe factors existing in the construction production of key parts,they are classified into three categories in advance,including simulation analysis,safety supervision and intangible factors.Furthermore,safety management schemes and control processes based on BIM and VR technology have been proposed systematically according to the above classification.The idea of doing enough trial work before construction is integrated into the whole process of safety production.Through the combination of information simulation and dynamic management,identify and control unsafe factors comprehensively.In short,try to resolve safety hazards at the source.Finally,the paper uses the actual project as an example to conduct empirical research.The application and implementation of BIM and VR technology is used to verify the feasibility of safety management in key parts.What's more important is to accumulate valuable experience and form a knowledge deposit for supporting safety management of subsequent project.The paper contains 58 figures,19 tables,124 references.
