With the increasing demand and various requirements of consumers for textile sports products,the research on sports functional fabrics has become a hot topic.Knitted fabric has gradually become an important branch of the development of the textile and clothing field due to its soft texture and elastic advantages.Seamless knitted fabric is a kind of knitted fabric.It not only has the advantages of knitted fabric,but also has the characteristics of integrated molding.Compared with cut and woven clothing,its neck,shoulder,waist,hip and other parts do not need sutures,which is very fit and slim,It is very suitable for the research of sportswear.At the same time,with the continuous deepening of the research on various fibers,researchers found that various excellent properties of wool fibers can be used in the research of sportswear.Therefore,the design and development of knitted seamless wool sportswear is of great significance to broaden the research field of sportswear.In order to develop the seamless wool sportswear with good hot and wet comfort performance,this project divides the knitted seamless wool sportswear design based on the hot and wet comfort design.First through the design of different seamless organization and different proportions of wool blended fabrics,to explore the influence of different tissue structure and wool proportion of wool seamless knitting sports fabric performance,find out the optimal configuration,based on the human body heat wet partition established to meet the needs of human body partition functional design model,according to the above research results design with good heat wet comfortable performance of knitting seamless wool sportswear.Mainly includes the following research contents:(1)In order to study the influence of fabric organization structure and veil ratio on fabric heat and wet performance,first combining hydrophilic hydrophobic design principle and differential capillary effect principle,choose fine spinning wool yarn,nylon yarn as raw material,veil raw material brocade covered yarn as yarn,determine 5 different veil proportions and 7 different seamless organization structure,design and woven 21 knitted seamless wool sports fabric samples,and determine the fabric sample preparation and finishing process,finally tested 21 fabric sample main structural parameters.Through their basic taking performance,elasticity and heat and wet comfort performance test,comparative analysis of different knitting structure and wool yarn content on the different performance of wool fabric samples,finally through the mathematical comprehensive evaluation method of test woven wool fabric sample taking performance comprehensive evaluation,get the quality of fabric samples.(2)By studying the distribution of heat and wet areas in male upper limbs,we can enhance the heat and wet comfort of sports clothes.Combined with the structural characteristics of men’s upper body and men’s clothing model,the sportswear version and style map based on the rotator cuff version are designed.A total of 4 areas are designed,including hot and wet area,warm area,elastic area and connection area.Combined with the comprehensive evaluation design of knitted seamless wool sports fabric sample,to meet the functional needs of each region.(3)Using wool as the veil and brocade ammonia coated yarn,6 seamless tissue structures are discussed based on the seamless machine,which provides the size design basis for the subsequent sportswear weaving.The experiment proved that the size of the depth of the finished size of the finished product showed the increase of the longitudinal size of the fabric,and the linear relationship in the SPSS linear regression analysis and calculate the linear regression equation of each organization,so as to predict the size of the subsequent design.Finally,through the digital design of the special software of the seamless machine combined with the designed version of the knitted seamless sportswear,two tissues filled with different knitted seamless wool sportswear were designed,and then the size error was calculated combined with the linear regression equation.(4)Two sportswear models with similar styles to the sportswear designed in this topic were selected as comparative samples to comprehensively analyze the differences in heat and wet performance.One is a common ordinary sportswear on the market,and the other is a seamless knit sportswear woven with nylon silk for a veil.On the one hand,the infrared temperature measurement instrument measures the human body in the stationary state and in the motion state,and the test data of the heat and wet comfort performance of the exercise suit is compared and analyzed.On the other hand,the choice to score the subjective comfort of the sportswear,but also.Finally,by assigning the weight coefficient of the evaluation index,calculating the functional evaluation value of the three experimental samples was used to evaluate the comprehensive use of sportswear,the ranking of the three experimental samples was obtained,and the design of knitted seamless wool sportswear was further optimized. |
