The development process of mankind is actually a process of continuous occupation and plundering of the ecological environment.In the process of industrialization,people enjoy the rich gifts that nature brings,but gradually ignore that nature is suffering irreparable damage until recent years.The international community and Chinese enterprises have gradually realized the importance of protecting the ecological environment and realizing energy-saving and emission-reducing green development.For any company,it is of great benefit to incorporate environmental performance into the overall strategic development to consider,especially for heavypolluting companies such as steel,petrochemical,and chemical industries,to give full play to the role of environmental performance evaluation and build a scientific and effective The environmental performance evaluation system is not only conducive to the development of the company’s own production and operation,and maintains a good image of the company,but also makes its own contribution to the realization of the ecological goal of a green earth and carbon peak.In order to realize this beautiful vision,the Z petrochemical company selected in this article as the case study object,based on the production and operation characteristics of the petrochemical company Z as a starting point,combined with what has been learned,the balanced scorecard is used to design a set of environmental performance rating system for it,hope While solving the actual problems faced by the Z company,it can also bring a certain reference value to other companies and similar industries.When researching the environmental performance evaluation of Z enterprise,this paper firstly summarizes the current situation of Z enterprise from the aspects of Z enterprise’s operating status,main business processes,and current environmental performance evaluation management methods,and points out the aspects of Z enterprise’s environmental performance evaluation.Shortcomings.At the same time,the superiority of the balanced scorecard system is introduced.Therefore,in the following text,I choose to use the balanced scorecard to construct the environmental performance evaluation system of Z enterprise.When constructing the Z enterprise environmental performance evaluation system,the method of incorporating environmental indicators into the four dimensional indicators at the same time was chosen to ensure that the original balance relationship of the balanced scorecard would not be destroyed.Then,using the analytic hierarchy process,the weight of each indicator is assigned,and finally an environmental performance evaluation system suitable for Z enterprise is formed.Subsequently,using this system,we scored and analyzed the environmental performance of the Z enterprise in 2020,and proposed corresponding improvement measures based on the environmental performance score of the Z enterprise.
