Research On The Transformation Of A Mine Under The Goal Of "Carbon Peak And Neutrality"

In September 2020,China proposed the goal of "carbon neutrality" and "carbon peak".Since then,various provinces and cities have introduced specific measures to steadily promote energy conservation,emission reduction,transformation and upgrading.In May 2021,Hubei province proposed to accelerate the construction of green mines in the province and accelerate the elimination of backward mining enterprises.As can be seen from the national situation,mining enterprises must improve energy efficiency,reduce pollution and transform from the traditional inefficient mode to the green mine mode.In this thesis,A mine as the research object,combined with the enterprise strategic transformation and other relevant theories,using literature research method,data acquisition analysis method,case analysis method and other methods,focusing on the A mine under the background of Carbon Peak and Neutrality how to transform.Through the analysis of the industry,it is concluded that small and medium-sized mining enterprises are faced with three dilemmas: accelerating industry elimination due to increasingly strengthened regulations;Single product structure leads to weak anti-risk ability;Low comprehensive utilization rate leads to small profit space.Then PEST analysis and five forces model are used to study the internal and external environment of A mining company,construct EFE and IFE matrix,and use SWOT model for combination analysis By integrating the analysis results and difficulties,this thesis finally concluded that company A should build its core competitiveness through product transformation and market transformation,and then realized the relevant diversification strategy.This thesis puts forward four strategic measures: Achieve energy conservation and emission reduction through upgrading;Achieve environmental protection and carbon sequestration through green reclamation;Developing low-carbon industries through technology services;Exploit global minerals through its own advantages.In order to guarantee the implementation of strategic measures,four guarantee measures are put forward: optimizing organization management,introducing and training talents,strengthening scientific and technological innovation,and establishing safety production system.This thesis evaluates the results of some transformation measures in A mine,which has certain reference significance for small and medium-sized non-ferrous metal mines.
