China’s manufacturing industry is in a critical period of transformation and upgrading.Many manufacturing enterprises are seeking to shift their business focus from low-value manufacturing to higher-value service.Coincides with the "streamlining administration and delegating power" of service-oriented government,which promotes the access and opening of some public service markets.The efficiency pursuit of environmental sanitation public service market and the service-oriented transformation demand of environmental sanitation equipment manufacturing enterprises collide and merge,resulting in a new business form.However,how to realize the respective needs of both sides together still needs the support of Internet of things,big data,cloud computing and other new generation of information technology means.Therefore,it is very important to build the comprehensive service platform of intelligent environment and sanitation.In this paper,the intelligent comprehensive service platform of environmental protection is systematically constructed.Firstly,according to the development path logic of "from product to extended service" in the development path of manufacturing service transformation,the requirements of manufacturing enterprises in three stages of transformation deepening are clarified,that is,from product itself to product use and then to business expansion.Secondly,based on demand analysis,the intelligent sanitation integrated service platform is divided into three parts: intelligent sanitation vehicle platform,intelligent sanitation operation platform and intelligent sanitation customized platform.The overall construction principle and the construction goal,architecture and system function design of each sub-platform are elaborated.Finally,taking Senyuan enterprise as an example,this chapter selected the interpretive structure model method to analyze how the intelligent comprehensive service platform for environment and sanitation can reverse promote the manufacturing process through sanitation service and realize the dual optimization.This study can provide a practical reference for manufacturing enterprises in service-oriented transformation to build a smart comprehensive service platform for environmental protection,and carry out service-oriented transformation based on this,so as to improve the integration of manufacturing and service. |
