The threading eye winding packaging process is one of the most efficient steel coil antirust packaging processes in the market.Compared with the traditional antirust process of automatic paper warehouse combined with plastic bag warehouse,it has the advantages of good packaging tightness,cleaner appearance,fast packaging speed and less operators.In order to realize the automation of through core winding packaging,this paper studies the key technology of steel coil through core winding equipment.The research contents include the research of through winding packaging process,the design and development of key components,the research and development of control system and so on.The main contents are as follows:1.Research on threading eye winding packaging process.In this paper,the change process of the most critical winding length with the packaging path in the packaging process is mathematically modeled,and the mapping relationship between packaging speed,packaging quality and key parameters is obtained.2.Research on tension control technology of tensile film.The research of tension control technology is the core of winding equipment.In this paper,the packaging process is modeled,the tension control strategy based on variable speed integral fuzzy PID is proposed,and the simulation experiment is carried out.It is concluded that this method has the characteristics of fast response,small overshoot and good follow-up compared with classical PID control and integral separation fuzzy PID control,and can meet the requirements of tension control.3.Design and development of key components.This paper designs winding sports car system and mobile positioning system.Firstly,the power car is designed,including transmission mechanism and moving limit mechanism;Then,for the winding sports car,this paper puts forward two types of trolley,which is based on the combination of servo motor control unwinding and spring buffer mechanism,and based on the combination of fixed damping and spring buffer mechanism,which can realize the packaging of various types of antirust materials;Aiming at the problem that the position of the inner hole of the steel coil in the mobile positioning system changes with the change of the size and specification of the steel coil,this paper puts forward two positioning schemes based on theoretical calculation and sensor positioning,and designs the transmission mechanism of the mobile positioning system,which makes the packaging equipment can be applied to a variety of different scenes and increases the generalization ability of the equipment.4.Development and research of control system.According to the action of the mechanical mechanism and the actual situation of the site,this paper designs the control scheme of the mobile positioning system of the winding sports car,builds the hardware system with s7-1500 PLC as the control core,and compiles the control program according to the control logic;In the aspect of software development,this paper is based on Net platform develops the upper computer control software of steel coil through core winding machine through framework framework,and realizes the digitization and intellectualization of steel coil through core winding equipment.
