Manufacturing technology and quality of silicon steel has become an important flag for measuring the development of steel technology. Tension control system is a key technology during continuous annealing, which has a very important role for the coiling stability and production. At present the technology at home and abroad has been more active in the development.Paper take the continuous annealing of silicon steel in WISDRI(Xinyu) Cold Rolled New Material Technolgy co.Ltd as the background, it gives the description of tension controlling and emphasis on researching for coil tension controller.Above all, it descripts the history of the controlling for tension, then it is the history of the coiler controlling for tension. involved the basic mathematical models for tension control, the automation systems, drive systems, structure of hardware,software and network, function block structure of coiling tension. It gives another research about indirect coiling tension for the line. It goes deep into investigating for Sinamics 120 driver and TDC control system. It make a real time algorithm of coil diameter and improve the accuracy by real time supervising and analysis. It take a good stability for tension and accurate control at speed by TDC system.The conclusion of this study has been validated in the production site, with all of the requirement types of assessment strip are exceeded than the required technical specifications, which provides a reliable technical foundation for the enterprise to achieve good economic benefits. |
