Study On The Coordinated Development Of Ecological-Economic-Social Coupling In Ruoergai County

Development of human society,is based on the ecological environment,economic development,social progress as the main and collateral channels of ecology,economy and society of composite system consisting of three subsystems,standing in the construction of ecological civilization and from the high-speed economic development into the development of a new starting point,high quality study coupling coordinated development of ecology,economy and society system is the important content of construction of ecological civilization,It is an important cornerstone for achieving sustainable development.At present,the research on Ruoergai county’s ecological,economic and social development is mostly carried out from a single level,and systematic research is weak.Based on the basic situation of Ruoergai County,this paper takes the system coupling theory and coordination theory as the main theoretical support points,and on the basis of in-depth investigation of the ecological environment and economic and social development status of Ruoergai and careful interpretation of literature,21 evaluation indicators are selected from the level of ecological,economic and social systems.Using entropy value method,coupling coordination degree model of ruoergai county ecological,economy and society system to carry on the empirical analysis,the results show that from 2005 to 2019,Ruoergai county ecological,economy and society system coordination rise gradually,from reluctant coordinated development gradually to good coordination development,ecological,economic and social system internal differences gradually decreased;The coupling degree of ecological,economic and social development in Ruoergai County is low on the whole,with the coupling degree<0.6 from 2005 to 2012 and increased in the later period,and >0.8 from 2013 to 2019.The coordinated development type has not realized the synchronous and coordinated development of ecological,economic and social,and there is room for further coordination.In order to promote the coordinated development of Ruoergai County,it can strengthen the consciousness of ecological civilization,promote the high-quality development of economy and develop the social security.The main research contents of the paper are as follows: Chapter 1 describes the research background,research purpose and significance,research content,research methods and research innovation and deficiency,and the technical route clearly points out the core part of the paper;Chapter 2 summarizes the progress and theoretical basis of relevant research;Chapter 3 explains the geographical location,ecological,economic and social development status and data sources of Ruoergai.Chapter 4evaluates the coupling and coordinated development of eco-economy-social system in Ruoergai County based on the data,and analyzes the reasons for the uncoordinated development;In chapter 5,the control path for the coordinated development of composite system is proposed.Chapter 6 is the conclusion and prospect.Based on the theory of coupling and coordinated development,this paper evaluates and analyzes the coupling and coordinated development of Ecological-Economic-Social system in Ruoergai County,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.However,it is found in the study that the complexity of ecological,economic and social system and the complex interaction between the systems are the key to the coordinated development of Ruoergai County,which will be the direction of further attention of the paper.
