Research On County Ecological Restoration Planning Methods And Countermeasures From The Perspective Of Eco-social Economic System Coupling

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China raised the construction of ecological civilization to a strategic height,ecological restoration has become an important part of the implementation of the strategy of ecological civilization.Most counties used to absorb large amounts of natural resources in order to quickly promote social and economic development,causing serious damage to the county’s ecological environment,resulting in reduced ecological self-stability and difficulty in self-repair.Therefore,counties have become the main battlefield for ecological restoration in my country.At the same time,because there is a certain gap between the social and economic conditions of the county and the provincial and municipal levels,ecological restoration needs to be based on its economic and social development perspective to ensure the feasibility of the restoration work.However,there are few domestic academic studies and practical cases related to ecological restoration planning from the perspective of county socioeconomics,so the paper combines Weiyuan County to conduct related research and discussion.The research content mainly includes three parts of ecological restoration framework construction,network construction methods,and ecological restoration strategies under the integration of perspectives.First,explore the current situation of ecological restoration construction in the county,and find that the ecological restoration of the county is currently in a realistic dilemma that is restricted by social and economic conditions,the entire environment has not improved,and the restoration results are low in efficiency.In-depth analysis shows that the reason is the current county ecological restoration plan.The lack of integration with socio-economic perspectives leads to the conclusion that there is a coupling and mutual-feeding relationship between the county ecosystem and the socio-economic system.After in-depth analysis of the coupling relationship,it is concluded that the county is currently facing ecological restoration under the coupling pattern of the ecological-social-economic system Planning the network transformation,while constructing the ecological restoration research framework from the perspective of the coupled system;secondly,taking Weiyuan County,Sichuan as an empirical study,comprehensively applying the research methods such as multi-system coupling method,MSPA analysis,conefor software,MCR model and gravity model Based on the research framework,carry out the evaluation of the current coupling pattern,obtain the coupling correlation factors and continue to carry out the identification of key areas,combine the newly-added coupling strategic points and planned corridors,and after the optimization and comparison of multiple schemes,scientifically construct the coupling system repair network;finally,based on the construction repair In the network plan,the ecological restoration planning and strategy research of Weiyuan County is carried out from the three levels of the strategic point of the coupling system,the restoration of the corridor,and the restoration area.Through the research of the paper,the main conclusions are as follows: First,through the integration of socio-economic perspectives,solve the real dilemma of ecological restoration in the county,and at the same time carry out the transformation of the ecological restoration in the county based on the coupling relationship between the socio-economic system and the ecosystem,and build an "analysis system coupling process-diagnosis" Identifying the coupling space-perfecting the ecological restoration framework of the system coupling network;the second is to carry out the framework application based on the empirical evidence of Weiyuan County,and finally get the Weiyuan County coupling system restoration network spatial structure of "one ring,four horizontal and multiple branches";3.Yes,carrying out county ecological restoration from the three levels of the coupling system strategic point,the restoration of the corridor,and the restoration area can optimize the restoration of the entire ecologically damaged space,and promote the composite and sustainable development of ecological,social and economic functions.
