| Coal is an important energy source in China,and coal mines are the main units of coal production.Excavation projects are an important component of coal mine production,and risk management is the top priority of excavation project management.With the development of society and the improvement of risk management requirements,traditional models are increasingly difficult to meet the dual requirements of operation and safety production,and there is an urgent need for transformation and development.With the rapid development of big data,5G,artificial intelligence and other technologies,as well as the strong promotion of the digital economy by the country,the coal industry is also exploring the use of digital related technologies to improve its operational level and achieve transformation and development.LC enterprise is a high-yield and efficient mine under a large coal group.The enterprise’s tunneling project is faced with greater risk management,especially security risk management pressure.It is urgent to improve the enterprise’s security risk management level through Digital transformation.On the basis of LC enterprise’s tunneling project management practice,combined with risk management related theories,industry policies and standards,and digital related theories and technologies,this paper designs a Digital transformation scheme for tunneling project risk management,formulates a scheme implementation plan and measures,and evaluates the implementation effect of the scheme.Firstly,this paper reviews the policies,standards and theoretical research achievements related to coal production risk management,theoretical research related to coal Digital transformation and the application of digital related technologies in coal production;Secondly,it studies and analyzes the current situation of coal industry,LC enterprises and the current situation of project risk management of tunneling engineering in enterprises;Then,according to the actual situation of the enterprise,in-depth research was carried out by means of questionnaires and structured interviews,and the key problems of "low efficiency of troubleshooting and governance of hidden dangers","high accident rate and long processing time" in project risk management of tunneling engineering were found out;Based on the analysis of the causes of the problems,and based on risk management theory and digital related technologies,solutions such as "digital management of risk assessment and identification content,improvement of hidden danger governance efficiency through big data and data analysis,prevention of accidents through Internet of Things technology,and improvement of training efficiency through communication technology" have been designed to address key issues in enterprise excavation engineering risk management,The digital platform is designed to uniformly manage the above functions,and the talent training mechanism is designed as a guarantee to achieve the purpose of improving the level of enterprise tunneling project risk management.Due to the current technology and resource conditions of the enterprise,many digital related technologies cannot be effectively applied for the time being.This paper looks forward to the application prospects and data security management of big data,the Internet of Things,virtual reality and artificial intelligence in enterprise and tunneling project management in combination with the current situation and development trend of the enterprise,with a view to providing some guidance for the subsequent Digital transformation of the enterprise. |
