| In recent years,under the promise of carbon peak in 2030 and carbon neutrality in 2060,new energy vehicles have gradually replaced traditional passenger vehicles as the development trend of the future automotive industry,and green production has become the goal pursued by the industry.However,the policy subsidy approach has also brought a series of problems,such as some enterprises only focus on quantity but ignore quality,and ignore the improvement of technological level in order to obtain government subsidies.In addition,the subsidy policy also brings greater financial pressure to the government.In order to ensure the sustainable development of the new energy vehicle industry and improve the technological competitiveness of enterprises,the state promulgated and implemented a dual point policy in 2018,which changed the external environment of automobile manufacturers and changed the new energy vehicle industry from government driven to market driven.In order to achieve better production decision-making and inventory control in the policy implementation process for new energy vehicle manufacturers,this article divides them into two categories:"only producing new energy vehicles" and"both producing new energy vehicles and traditional passenger vehicles",and conducts a systematic analysis and comparison of their vehicle inventory control.This article mainly analyzes and sorts out the impact mechanism of the dual point policy on the overall inventory of new energy vehicle manufacturers,as well as the influencing factors of overall inventory of new energy vehicle manufacturers under this policy background.Afterwards,this article combines the Arrow Karlin dynamic production inventory model and non cooperative game model to construct production inventory models for two types of new energy vehicle manufacturers,and establishes three scenarios:"only producing new energy vehicles","main product is traditional passenger vehicles",and "main product is new energy vehicles".Python is used to analyze the optimal inventory of new energy vehicle manufacturers and provide relevant suggestions.The research results of this article have certain theoretical value and guiding significance for the optimization of new energy vehicle production inventory,and provide reference for new energy vehicle enterprises in production decision-making,achieving precise and effective inventory control,and improving their core competitiveness. |
