Since the reform and opening up,China’s rapid economic development,social life has undergone great changes,all aspects have been greatly improved,but the crude development model of resource consumption and environmental pollution in exchange for economic growth still occupies a place in China,the problem of waste of resources and environmental degradation is a deep obstacle to economic development.The report of the twentieth anniversary clearly puts forward "to accelerate the construction of a strong manufacturing country" and "promote the development of manufacturing industry to high-end,intelligent and green",the low efficiency and high energy consumption of China’s traditional manufacturing industry is contrary to this concept.With the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial change coming from the development of digital technology,as a large manufacturing country,improving the sustainable production level of manufacturing industry is an inevitable requirement for China’s economy to achieve high-quality development.At the same time,with the rapid development of global trade in digitally delivered services and its deep integration with traditional industries,it can improve the efficiency of economic activities and achieve optimal resource allocation,and its role in improving industrial structure,promoting technological innovation,reducing costs,etc.and thus enhancing the efficiency of green transformation of manufacturing industry cannot be ignored.On the basis of sorting out and summarizing the relevant research results at home and abroad,this paper firstly analyzes the current situation of China’s digital service trade development by combining the relevant data of UNCTAD,and calculates the green total factor productivity of manufacturing industry by SBM model to describe the current situation of China’s manufacturing industry green transformation;secondly,it analyzes the impact of digital service trade on China’s manufacturing industry green transformation by combining the relevant theories and puts forward the research Again,using the data of 30 provinces from 2010 to 2020,the fixed effect model,intermediary effect model,moderating effect and threshold effect model are constructed to empirically study the direct and indirect effects of digital service trade on the green transformation of manufacturing industry,and the empirical study finds that:digital service trade can significantly promote the green transformation of manufacturing industry,industrial structure upgrading and technological innovation play an intermediary role,and market Openness has a significant positive moderating effect;using market openness as a threshold variable to do threshold analysis concludes that there is a double threshold of market openness,and there are differences in the degree of influence of digital service trade on the green transformation of China’s manufacturing industry with different degrees of market openness.Finally,based on the analysis of the current situation and the conclusion of the empirical study,policy suggestions are put forward to optimize the development environment of digital service trade,improve the green transformation system,promote inter-regional industry chain cooperation,enhance high technology,further expand market opening,and formulate incentive policies. |
