Study On The Optimization Of The Layout Of "Three Life Spaces" In Xingjiawan Township,Hebei Province In The Context Of Rural Revitalization

In recent years,due to the increasing level of urbanisation in China,the development of rural areas has also received increasing attention.In order to achieve coordinated development of urban and rural areas and comprehensive revitalisation of the countryside,the State has put forward a number of opinions on establishing a national spatial planning system and supervising its implementation.Therefore,under the current social and economic environment and the general trend of rural construction,it is important to study how to carry out village planning in a reasonable manner,to co-ordinate the layout of the"three living spaces",to promote the coordinated development of the "three living spaces",to optimise the spatial structure of the country,and to realise the goals of prosperous industry,pleasant ecology and prosperous life,It is an important basis for promoting the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.The paper summarizes the theoretical research and practical experience related to the layout of the "three living spaces" in villages at home and abroad,takes Xingjiawan Town of Renze District,Xingtai City,Hebei Province as the scope of research,and uses 22 administrative villages as sample villages to discuss the overall process of the layout and optimization of the "three living spaces" in villages.The study aims to enrich the theories and practices related to the optimisation of the "three living spaces" and provide some reference for the spatial planning of village lands in Hebei Province.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Based on the current land use data of Xingjiawan Town,the thesis identifies the current "three living spaces" by identifying and delineating the dominant functions of the land,and uses the GIS spatial analysis method combined with actual research to comprehensively analyse the current characteristics of various spaces with the help of software such as ArcGI and ENVI,and summarizes the current spatial distribution,development disadvantages and prospects of Xingjiawan Town.The spatial distribution,development disadvantages and prospects of the "three living spaces".Among them,the production space dominated by agricultural production has the largest proportion,and the overall layout of the agricultural production space is more concentrated and contiguous,with better agricultural resources and higher quality of arable land,and great potential for the development of agricultural production;the industrial production space is more fragmented,with more small patches and a scattered layout;the ecological space has the least proportion,and the overall quality is average,lacking in continuity and the construction of landscape zones along the river.(2)Based on the connotation and characteristics of the "three living spaces" at the village level,the thesis selects 19 suitability evaluation indicators in terms of natural conditions,social economy,resources and environment,and determines the weight of each indicator to build a suitability evaluation system.The suitability evaluation system was constructed by determining the weights of the indicators.Data processing and analysis were carried out using GIS software to determine the spatial suitability ranking of Xingjiawan Town.By comparing and analysing the various spatial suitability ranking maps with the current land use map,and according to the development objectives and actual development needs,the superimposed analysis was carried out to draw up the suitable areas for the layout of the "three spatial habitats" in Xingjiawan Town.The production space suitability zone of Xingjiawan Town is mainly based on the areas with high cultivation conditions as the core,with a high degree of agglomeration.The suitable living space zone in Xingjiawan Town is mainly the construction land in the township and the residential areas of the villages,with an overall distribution pattern of six clusters.The ecological space of Xingjiawan Town is mainly composed of the river waters and ecological forests within the red line of the river protection,with a good ecological environment and a good overall layout in terms of continuity.The formulation of the "three spatially suitable areas" will provide some data support when optimising the layout of the"three spatially suitable areas" in the villages of Xingjiawan Town.(3)According to the current development situation and development needs,co-ordinate various plans,and use the results of the delineation of the "three living spaces"layout suitable area as the basis,determine the development positioning,clarify the spatial layout structure of villages and positioning classification,optimize the spatial pattern of the land with ecological priority,intensive and efficient and functionally appropriate as the guide,propose the production,living The spatial layout of production,living and ecological spaces will be optimised,and the overall pattern of industrial development will be clarified,with machinery and equipment manufacturing as the leading industry,production and living services as the support,and modern agriculture as the complementary industry,so as to promote the development of Xingjiawan Town to gradually achieve the sustainable development goals of prosperous industry,pleasant ecology and rich living.
