| With the continuous development of urban economy,the economic conditions of urban residents have been continuously improved.However,the development is accompanied by the decline in the quality of urban human settlements and the disrespect of the natural environmental system by urbanization issues,which has led to the continuous increase of human settlement ecology and other problems,and the community human settlement environment is facing various pressures.People are beginning to pay more and more attention to the quality of community living environment.Creating a good community living environment ecology is not only one of the social ideals,but also one of the basic needs of the people’s growing needs for a better life.Therefore,the research on the ecological suitability of human settlement environment at the community scale has important theoretical significance and practical value.This paper proposes a perspective on the ecological suitability of human settlements at the community scale.First,according to the definition of related concepts at home and abroad and the progress of theoretical research,the background and concepts of the ecological suitability of the human settlement environment at the community scale are combed and summarized.On this basis,the "Shanghai Ecological Residential District Technical Implementation Regulations" used by Shanghai to guide the ecological construction of the community’s living environment and the index content of the more influential evaluation system abroad are compared and analyzed,and the commonality of the two is pointed out.Indicators,as well as individual indicators and missing indicators in the "Detailed Rules".Secondly,summarize and summarize the index content of the spatial level of the ecological suitability evaluation system of the human settlement environment at the community scale at home and abroad,highlighting its ecological design points in community site selection,land use,mobility and transportation,green space and landscape ecology.Finally,the proposed ecological design points are combined with empirical cases to conduct an intensified analysis.From the survey data and on-site questionnaires,the feasibility of the above points is considered,and the spatial planning guidance that can guide the ecological construction of the residential environment in Shanghai is concluded.Prospects are made for the research on spatial planning of the ecological construction of community human settlements in the future. |
