Research On Cooperative Development Of Ecological Environment And Transportation Industry In The Yellow River Basin

Since the national strategy of ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin was put forward in 2019,the development of the Yellow River Basin has opened a new chapter.In the same year,the Outline of Building a Powerful Transportation Country was issued,which mentioned that building a powerful transportation country is of great significance to China’s economic development.How to promote the ecological protection of the Yellow River Basin with the steady development of transportation industry has become an urgent problem to be solved.General Secretary pointed out that coordinated development is the key to success.The development of ecological environment and transportation industry in the Yellow River Basin is based on population,resources and environment.Limited by regional resource endowments,geographical time and space characteristics and economic development direction,the development of different provinces is different.By analyzing the development of different provinces and regions through multi-dimensional indicators,the development status of ecological environment and transportation industry in the Yellow River Basin can be accurately analyzed.In view of the existing problems,specific solutions are put forward,thus promoting the coordinated development of ecological environment and transportation industry in the Yellow River Basin.Specifically,the main research contents are as follows:(1)This paper combs the research status of ecological environment protection,system coordinated development and influencing factors of system development by scholars at home and abroad,defines and briefly describes the concepts and theories of ecological protection and coordinated development,and points out the importance of coordinated development of ecological environment and transportation industry in the Yellow River Basin.(2)By combing the literature,this paper focuses on the development status of the whole and individual provinces in the Yellow River Basin at macro and micro levels.Based on the PSR(pressure-state-response)theoretical framework model of "ecological environmenttransportation industry",the evaluation index system of ecological environment and transportation industry in the Yellow River Basin was constructed with the related factors affecting the coordinated development of ecological environment and transportation industry,and the development status of ecological environment and transportation industry in the Yellow River Basin from 2007 to 2019 was comprehensively evaluated by entropy method.(3)This paper analyzes the development status of ecological environment and transportation industry in the Yellow River Basin from macro and micro perspectives,and analyzes the coordinated development status of ecological environment and transportation industry in the Yellow River Basin from the temporal and spatial evolution trend through the coupling coordination degree model.Based on the present situation of coordinated development,this paper quantitatively analyzes the internal and external influencing factors of the coordinated development of ecological environment and transportation industry in the Yellow River Basin by using grey relational grade model and dynamic spatial Durbin model,and puts forward relevant suggestions for promoting the coordinated development of ecological environment and transportation industry.The results show that:(1)From the perspective of the Yellow River Basin as a whole and provinces,the ecological environment quality value and transportation industry value continue to rise,and the development gap between provinces gradually narrows.(2)From the time series evolution analysis,it can be seen that the coordinated development trend of the whole and provinces shows an upward trend,and basically achieves a good coordinated development degree between ecological environment and transportation industry.From the spatial evolution analysis,it can be seen that the coordinated development of the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River Basin is faster than that of the upper reaches.(3)From the perspective of the overall coordinated development of the Yellow River Basin,the internal factors that have great influence are the area of urban green space and the investment in transportation industry;From the perspective of coordinated development of the upper,middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River Basin,the internal factors that have great influence are urban green space area,comprehensive utilization of general industrial solid waste,private car ownership and per capita urban road area.(4)Through the DSDM,we know that the urbanization level and science and technology investment can not only promote the coordinated development of the local area,but also promote the coordinated development of the surrounding areas;The three indicators of regional economic development level,industrial structure and government influence promote the coordinated development of the region and inhibit the coordinated development of the surrounding areas;Market driving force indicators not only inhibit the coordinated development of the region but also the surrounding areas;Population aggregation index has no significant effect on the coordinated development of the Yellow River Basin.Finally,based on the research conclusions and the reality of the Yellow River Basin,this paper puts forward corresponding policy suggestions in order to realize the high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin from "drinking a river together" to "protecting a river together".
