Research On Synergistic Control Of Ecological Environment In Gansu Section Of Yellow River

In the process of advancing the modernization of the national governance s ystem and governance capabilities,collaborative governance has gradually becom e an indispensable concept and means.The Gansu section of the Yellow River Basin is vast,and there are obvious differences among the various internal regio ns.In the face of the complex realities of the ecological environment manageme nt in the Gansu section of the Yellow River Basin,only a single government e ntity is required to implement governance,and market entities,social entities,an d individual citizens still act as " The existence of "outsiders" makes it difficult to achieve efficient ecological environmental governance,let alone coordinate the ecological environmental protection and high-quality development of the Gansuse ction of the Yellow River Basin.This paper studies the collaborative manageme nt of the ecological environment in the Gansu section of the Yellow River Basi n,using research methods such as literature analysis,data analysis,case analysis,in-depth interviews,and participatory observation methods.It can be concluded t hat the use of collaborative governance concepts and methods can condense the synergy of ecological environment governance,give full play to the unique adva ntages and functions of subjects of different natures in the ecological environme nt governance of the Gansu section of the Yellow River Basin,adjust the differ ences between different regions,and achieve ecological environmental governanc e.Collaboration to improve governance efficiency.The thesis is divided into six parts.The introduction of the thesis analyzest he research background,demonstrates the necessity of the research,combs and r eviews the representative viewpoints of scholars in the field of coordinated man agement of ecological environment in watersheds at home and abroad,expoundst he research ideas and research methods adopted,and clarifies the key difficulties and innovations.point.The first chapter defines the definition of the core conce pts involved in the thesis,and explains the theoretical basis.The second chapter demonstrates the ecological environment coordinated governance system of the G ansu section of the Yellow River Basin,analyzes the constituent main bodies an d functions,demonstrates the synergistic relationship that the governing main bo dies should have,and analyzes the current status of coordinated ecological envir onment management in the basin.The third chapter explores the dilemma and c auses of coordinated management of the ecological environment in the Gansu se ction of the Yellow River Basin.Chapter 4 starts from the dimensions of gover nment,market,society,and individual citizens,and proposes an optimization pat h for the coordinated management of the ecological environment in the Gansu s ection of the Yellow River Basin.Finally,it summarizes the research conclusion s of this article and reflects on the deficiencies in the research process.
